Nah, thats a beholder- theres a sourcebook for D&D called "Xanather's Guide to Everything." According to the box it came in, this is apparently Xanather, but I'm having my doubts. This is my favorite from the Dungeon Master guide- for the cover-

Thanks Simon! In my opinion, that was the hardest. I was worried it wouldn't work well- and that I wasted ten dollars on that gold dragon wyrmling- when I have a bunch of dollar tree dragons that are already painted and shiny
