Yes, the most annoying part of creating a new character...
Doing the ency, waiting for your name to be added to index again after submitting it...
Those things take FOREVER.

I am only deactivating Kim once he graduates from Hogwarts.
As my other character I want to play will be of age then.
Lei Chen is one of Kim's adorable cousins.
But at the moment he's only 6 so by the time Kim graduates he'll be 12.
