Alan Vanes vs Willow Anderson
ReducioAlan cast Aqua Eructo at Willow.
Wisdom DC: 13 + 2 (Willow's LC) = 15 - 4 (Alan's Transfigurer) = 11
Wisdom Check: [d20: 17] + 7 = 24, success
Accuracy Check: [d20: 5] + 8 = 13
Evasion Check: [d20: 5] + 13
13 = 13 → Impaired Hit
Damage: 80 + 11 × 10 = 190 /2 (Impaired) = 95
Effect: The target gets water in their eyes and suffers -4 accuracy for the duration of the spell.
The target gets 'wet' (cannot catch aflame and 20% reduction of fire damage) and any ongoing 'Burning'/'Aflame' effects are canceled.
Impaired Hit = Damage and Evasion debuff are halved.
Duration: [d3:3] = 2 rounds
Adeline Hughes vs Willow Anderson
ReducioAdeline cast Flipendo at Willow.
Wisdom DC: 9 + 2 (Willow's LC) = 11
Wisdom Check: [d20: 15] + 6 = 21, success
Auto-Hit: [d20: 19], Success (Alan's CP)
Damage: 100 + 6 × 10 = 160
Willow Anderson at Alan Vanes and Adeline Hughes
ReducioWillow spell-spread Expelliarmus at Alan and Adeline.
Wisdom DC: 10 + 2 (Alan's LC) + 2 (Spell-Spread) = 14
Wisdom Check: [d20: 20] + 10 = 30, Crit Success
Accuracy Check: [d20: 10] + 7 = 17 - 2 (Spell-Spread) = 15
Alan's Evasion Check: [d20: 15] + 16 = 31
15 < 31 → Miss
Accuracy Check: [d20: 5] + 7 = 12 - 2 (Spell-Spread) = 10
Auto-Dodge: [d20: 14] Fail (Adeline's Evasive Manuevers)
Adeline's Evasion Check: [d20: 3] + 10 = 13
10 < 13 → Miss
Willow, despite feelings of hopelessness, must have found a surge of inspiration through considering her fallen partner. She fired off an expertly-cast Expelliarmus, and a split spell at that, sending twin bolts of the Disarming spell towards Alan and Adeline. Both Gryffindors outright avoided it before enacting their next assault. Alan had projected a blast of water from his wand, one which Willow nearly avoided, yet still splashed across the crown of her head. It cascaded into her eyes, causing her vision to blur obnoxiously. Amidst the chaos, Adeline struck the Hufflepuff with a solid blast of the Knockback Jinx.

Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff: Match 1
Another round, another success. Addie was on a roll, sheer pride and adrenaline pressing her ever onward. As water obstructed her opponent's senses, Adeline let loose another Knockback Jinx, her spell making contact with its target yet again.
But in the blink of an eye, only moments after releasing the jinx, her wand shot away from her hand, flying out of reach. Addie's eyes narrowed as they moved from her wand back over to her opponent. For a moment, she simply glared at Willow, disappointed and angry by this impediment, and determining the best way to overcome it.

What would it take for this duel to be over. A unsuccessful spell. While she tried to dodge Alan's spell she was still hit and soaked, which was not a great feeling. To add insult to a literal injury she was knocked back thanks to Adeline. She was not a witch that went down easy, but for once she wished she could just- fall over and be done.

Alan's spell hit Willow just barely, but even that was good enough for the boy. After all it meant they were one step closer to winning. Even Adeline was able to hit Willow with a well executed knockback jinx. Sadly Willow's revenge managed to hit the younger lion, disarming her. But the wand was easy to spot at least because it didn't fly far.

Adeline Hughes vs Willow Anderson
ReducioAdeline cast Flipendo at Willow.

Wisdom Check: [d20: 6] + 6 = 12, success
Auto-Hit: [d20: 4], Fail (Alan's CP)

Only remaining alternate target = Alan
New Accuracy : [d20: 7] + 7 = 14
Alan's Evasion Check: [d20: 2] + 16 = 18
14 < 18 → Miss
Willow Anderson vs Adeline Hughes
ReducioWillow cast Obscuro at Adeline.
Wisdom DC: 10 + 2 (Alan's LC) = 12
Wisdom Check: [d20: 19] + 10 = 29
Auto-Dodge: [d20: 14] Fail (Adeline's Evasive Manuevers)
Accuracy Check: [d20: 17] + 7 = 24 - 2 (Aqua Eructo) = 22
Evasion Check: [d20: 7] + 10 = 17
22 > 17 → Hit
Effect: The opponent is blindfolded, making them unable to see until the end of the duel or until nullified (removed manually, requires a full action).
The Flipendo Alan cast at Willow flew true: it barreled across the stage and struck head-on. However, his partner's didn't match it. Those phoenix feather cores were tricky. Adeline's cast suddenly sprang to the side instead of straight, nearly hitting Alan, yet he managed to leap out of its path. Willow incidentally had the advantage in this chaos: when she sent an Obscuro blindfold after Adeline, it wrapped snugly over the Gryffindor's eyes. That Flipendo surely stung, but at least the lone Badger had succeeded in incapacitating an opponent.

Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff: Match 1
Finally, a spell was successful. Despite being hit with Alan's knockback jinx she felt like she could breathe a sigh of relief of not being a complete failure. As she watched a silky black cloth wrap around Adeline's head she let herself feel a moment of victory. While this certainly wouldn't win her the duel, it was a start.

Her wand once more in her grasp, Addie threw a wild spell at her opponent, hoping to make up for losing her wand in the first place. But the Flipendo went wide, and as she watched the attack miss, her vision was obscured by darkness. Addie's hands flew up to her face, and she could feel coarse fabrics under her fingers. Another obstacle to overcome.

Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff: Match 1
Alan needed this duel to be over soon, he didn't really want to hurt Willow however. It was clear Willow would lose, so why did she not just give up? But that was a stupid question, Alan knew why and probably would act the very same, had acted the same in another duel. But still it was clear to him that Willow was done, right? Alan steadied his wand and sighed, hopefully they would get this done quick.

The lone Hufflepuff continued to hold her ground. She evaded a retaliatory Obscuro from Alan, dodging out of the blindfold's path. That pesky water spell had dissipated to boot. Although Adeline managed to yank the conjured cloth from her eyes, she did not do so in time to avoid the next attack, which was a gust of Ventus cast by Willow. The gust howled against her, doing damage while making the matter of evasion much more difficult. Their referee, still babysitting Alan's pet cat, watched on intently as the spells flew from both ends of the stage.

Gryffindor vs Hufflepuff: Match 1
Adeline clawed at her face, pulling off the blindfold just in time to be shoved backwards by a powerful gust of wind. Her teeth clenched as she attempted to regain her balance, frustrated by this sudden turn of events. She knew she was younger and weaker than Alan--that she was the easier target, and that made her blood start to boil.
You're better than this, she thought to herself as she decided what to do next.
