Let me introduce: THE HEARTBREAKERS
Hey y'all we know there are already a few bands but we wanted to start another one, after all there are so many musical students at Hogwarts. For this club/band we planned to have regular threads for:
-Band rehearsals
-getting to know each other / discussions
- Regular events where we perform
- If there is a need: Music lessons

Position: Vocalist and songwriter.
Why do you want to be part of the band?: Because he's always been interested in music and is very good at singing and songwriting. He can also play guitar and piano a little.
Notes: Kim doesn't mind filling in other positions from time to time if they really need someone but would prefer to main sing/compose over anything else.

Name : Phoenix Cassandra Ironwoods

Year : Third
Instruments and Experience :
Guitar, Piano, Vocal (mezzo-soprano), and built a band twice (did not go according to their plan).
Why do you want to be part of the band? :
Cash had started a band twice. The first time when they were a first year and the second time was the following year. Both did not go as they plan and hopefully this time will. And beside third time is the charm. Cash also thinks it is fun to join a band when both of the band founders are their friends. Not to mention in case Hales and Simon have a dispute, Cash can pull the Prefect and Switzerland cards.

Name: Henry Knight
House: Slytherin
Year: Third
Instruments and Experience:
Vocalist (high treble) - years of lessons before Hogwarts and now sings with the frog choir
Piano - years of lessons before Hogwarts and still plays currently
Violin - years of lessons before Hogwarts and still plays currently
Guitar (acoustic, electric, and bass) - since second year to present day
Band experience - was apart of two bands that didn't turn out as planned, apart of the frog choir
(ooc I can help write the songs and assist Simon, having written a few myself...)
Why do you want to be part of the band?: Henry loves to play instruments, he has always had a passion when it comes to music and finds it relaxing and helps bring him to his senses.
He is learning to have confidence in himself and build on his self esteem, he finds it quote enjoyable practicing the violin with his bunkmate and singing in the frog choir. Finding the experience and emotions of playing instruments and singing in a group better than doing it alone.
He joined two others bands, unfortunately neither grew or turned ot as expected but he hopes it to he different with this one especially since he knows so many in this band and looks to have fun.

Vocals: ( ★★☆☆☆ ) Can hold a tune but not star vocalist material. She can harmonize and can read music extremely well.
Piano: ( ★★★★☆ ) From the age of five, her parents indulged her. Her grandparents even bought the family a piano for their flat. Lucky alternated between teaching herself and getting lessons from her father -- a man who can play pretty much anything.
Guitar: ( ★★☆☆☆ ) Knows her way around one (acoustically, not electric) and can play if necessary but is not as comfortable with it as she is with piano and drums. Would say she's still at an apprentice level.
Drums: ( ★★★★★ ) Self-taught and doesn't think there's anyone better in the world. Can play literally any song at any tempo, test her!
Bass: ( ★☆☆☆☆ ) Knows absolutely nothing about it besides it's a really cool instrument. Wishes she knew how to play it.
Songwriter: ( ★★★★☆ ) It's a major secret but she does write poetry. It's not like songwriting but she knows that self-expression through words is important. Would probably like to try her hand at it. Once she gets over that whole -- anxiety about people judging her thing.
Why do you want to be part of the band?: Music is her whole life. Not just her life, it's her entire identity. Lucky has trouble explaining herself or showing just who she is so she uses music as an outlet. I think she'd learn more about herself through people who love music just like she does. She'd gain possible friendships -- another thing she struggles to grasp -- and would get to share interests. Plus, how could would it be to be a part of a band? Vocals-doesn't admit it but can sing semi-decently. Isn't likely to in front of others though. 3/5.
Violin-learnt a little as a kid, could probably salvage it but not confident. 2/5.
Bass-has always found it super cool. Got taught some over the summer by family and found, out of all the instruments, this was actually one they were ok at. 3.5/5 but is likely able to improve.
Why do you want to be part of the band?:
OOC, seems like a fun idea and can see Pax in a band. IC, a few of their friends are already in the band, plus now they've picked up an instrument they actually have a vague skill in, they're kinda excited to show that they can play it.

In summer she started to learn how to play handpan drum
Why do you want to be part of the band?: IC Linda is too into music. So, it would be definitely quite interesting to be part of a band.
