You will learn, Keith, that many of us here, including myself, are quite prone to injury. I actually tripped as I descended the stairs receiving my high school diploma last night. You need to get off of here and rest right now. Ibuprofen and rest. Considering the state of your ribs, it's best to sleep on the opposite side or in a recliner.
