Emily seemed to be wondering something, but if she was not going to ask, Bailey wouldn’t pry.
When Emily spoke, Bailey smiled. It was so cool to see peoples reaction to her telling them that she does Taekwondo. It was kinda her hidden talent- and one that most would not guess about her.
Then Emily offered to suggest some of their songs in Korean and Bailey jumped at the opportunity. “That would be wonderful! Which ones are your favorite?”
When Bailey continued asking a few more questions, Emily paused, before continuing.
Manga and Anime, what is that… I feel so clueless! Thank goodness she offered to tell me what they are.
Bailey spoke up, saying “If I’m totally honest, I have no clue what those are. I am willing to learn though. Is it like a type of book or TV show?”
Emily mentioned these, but she seemed to be scared. Was she scared of baileys reactions? Bailey tried to be nice- was she somehow being intimidating? Some of her friends said that she was the friendliest person at Hogwarts- and she loved making friends.
Smiling at Emily, Bailey thought I am so glad she came in on me. And that she knew the song. I… am happy about the turn my day has taken. I - have found a new friend!

When Emily heard Bailey speak again she listened. When Emily heard that she could recommend her favorite songs she had to think before she replied. After some thinking the young girl finally said,

"Yay!!!!! OK, so I'll be saying a lot of songs, but there all good. So these are the songs:
1. Boy In Luv
2. Louder Than Bombs
3. We Are Bullet Proof. External
4. On
5. Heartbeat
6. Fake Love
7. Boy With Luv
8. Fire
9. Blood Sweat and Tears
10. Life Goes On

These are my top 10 fav songs."

Emily stopped speaking after she told Bailey her top ten fav songs by them. She than heard Bailey speak again, and Emily was shocked when she found out that Bailey doesn't know about anime and manga. So, the young girl decided to tell Bailey by saying,

"Anime is Japanese animation and Manga is anime but in a comic book style. I can recommend some anime's and mangas for you, if you'd like me to."

Emily stopped again waiting for Bailey to speak. The young girl was certain that she made a new friend because of the way the two of them are talking. Emily is happy that she made a new friend. She was definitely going to tell her cousins that she made a new friend and they'd be happy for her.

When she asked for Emily’s favorite songs, the younger girl paused and thought for a moment before speaking. She listed her top ten favorite songs and Bailey tried to keep up.
ok… Boy In Luv, Louder Than Bombs, We Are Bullet Proof. External, On, Heartbeat, Fake Love, Boy With Luv, Fire, Blood Sweat and Tears, Life Goes On. I think that is all of them… that’s lot

Realizing that the titles were in English Bailey asked “Wait… those titles were in English. Are the sing sin Korean? And is that the translation for the titles?”
Then she asked what anime and manga were and Emily answered. so… anime is like a TV show. Japanese animation- that’s cool. And manga- anime but in comic book form. Cool!
“Yes definitely! Are you able to access Anime here, or do you have to wait till you get home to watch it? And do you have any mangas here?”
They way that the conversation was going, Bailey was sure she had found herself a friend. One that she would have for the rest of her life. It was not every day that Bailey made a forever friend, or felt like she did.
Smiling at Emily, Bailey felt content.

Emily saw Bailey smile at her, so she smiled back. The young girl than heard Bailey speak again, so she listened. When Emily heard what Bailey asked, Emily was confused, but she found out what she should say.

"The song titles are in English but they sing in Korean. They also say some word in English. I hope that answered your question."

Emily stopped speaking after that because Bailey spoke again, so she listened again. When Emily heard that she could recommend some anime's she was very happy. She than thought about which anime's she should tell Bailey. After some thinking Emily finally said,

"We're not able to access Anime from here sadly, but I did bring some mangas with me. Also, these are the anime's and mangas you should watch and read,
1. Assassination Classroom
2. Vampire Knight
3. Black Butler
4. Ouran High School Host Club
5. My Hero Academia
6. The Promised Neverland

I have only six of those anime's in manga form. I don't think The Promised Neverland has any mangas though. But you can tty them out. I can also lend you the mangas of you'd like me too!"

Emily was happy that she could find someone to tell this stuff too. She was also happy that her and Bailey could be friends.

When she smiled at Emily, the younger Griffindor smiled back. Glad that she was having a positive impact, Bailey felt like she was glowing. She felt like this when she made someone else happy or made them smile.
Then Emily answered one of her questions, saying that the names were in English but they sang in Korean.
I wonder … why do they say random words in English? I bet it will make more sense when I listen to them Bailey thought and said “That makes a lot of sense. Thanks!”
As Emily listed a list of mangas and animes, Bailey tried to keep up.
ok- anime and mangas-Assassination Classroom, Vampire Knight, Black Butler, Ouran High School Host Club, My Hero Academia, and The Promised Neverland. I should write these down later so I don’t forget - also maybe I should borrow one.
“If that is ok, I wold love to borrow one. And if I find something I don’t understand I have someone to explain to me! Thank you so much for being willing to explain and for offering to lend me them. That is really nice of you!”
Hoping that saying this was not too much and that Emily was enjoying this as much as she was, Bailey smiled shyly at the other girl.

While there was silence, Emily looked at Bailey and she thought she saw her glowing, but then she blinked and Bailey wasn't glowing which made the girl very confused.

"Hold on, did I just see Bailey glowing, and then she stopped glowing?" The young girl asked herself.

She was still confused until she heard Bailey speak again. Emily decided to listen. After Bailey was finished, Emily chose to say,

"No prob! I'm glad I was able to help! Also, did I see you glowing?" Emily realizing what she just asked was weird quickly said, "Sorry if that sounded weird. It didn't sound weird in my head."

Emily hoped that she didn't offend Bailey at all. When Emily heard Bailey speak again, she listened. When Bailey was done Emily grinned again and said,

"Sure! But I left them in my dorm. I'll get them later. Which one would you like to read first? Also, you can always talk to me about anything related to anime, manga, or K-pop!"

Emily was happy that she had made a friend and that someone was interested in what she liked. She knew she'd be able to find someone else that was interested in anime, manga, and K-pop, but she just wasn't sure when.

When Bailey smiled, she felt like she was glowing. Sure it was just internal, and just a feeling she looked at @Emily Flower who seemed to be taking to herself? Shaking her head, Bailey thought I doubt it. It was probably just the light coming out of the window- and it hit me. That’s the feeling. I am definitely not part fairy or something- that would be weird.
When Emily said that she was happy to help, she also asked if she had been glowing. Shaking her head, Bailey said “I doubt it. It was probably just the light from the windows- when it hits my hair right, I seem to glow. It’s like a halo. Also my friends say that my smile really brighten up the room, and making new friends like you makes me smile. It might be also that you feel comfortable about me… people do tend to trust me. Though it was probably just the light…. Sorry I’m rambling.”
After that, Bailey asked if she could borrow some mangas of Emily’s. The younger girl said yes but they were in her dorm.
Smiling and nodding, Bailey said “thanks! And which one do you recommend to read first? And I will definitely talk to you about those- I would love to learn more!”

Emily stayed quiet for a while until she heard Bailey talk. The young girl listened, then she said,

'Oh, ok. I'm glad we're friends! You're my first friend here! Also, it's fine. You remind me of Midoryia from My Hero Academia."

Emily heard Bailey speak again, so she listened, then she said,

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, let's see, I'd say, you should read My Hero Academia if you want to start off with action or Ouran if you want to start off with comedy/romance. It's up to you."

Emily went quiet after that. The young girl looked closely again at Bailey and saw that she wasn't glowing. Emily then felt a pain in her stomach and decided to ask,

'Hey, d'you know when the next full moon is?"

Emily knew that the question sounded weird, but her cousin Kaname said that if she ever felt a pain in her stomach it'd be because the next full moon is soon. And during the full moon, she'd always act weird, like different than how she normally acts, like as if she's a completely different person.

She told her cousin Kaname this and he said that he'll tell her when they meet again in person and Emily knew that'd be hopefully during summer break

@Emily Flower was quiet as Bailey was speaking. It was very polite of her, and Bailey appreciated it.
When Emily said something, it made Bailey wonder. am I really like Midoryia from My Hero Academia? I really should read it. Especially since Em recommended it…
Without realizing it, Bailey gave Emily a nickname. Em- it suited her; Bailey made a mental note to ask if it was ok though.
“I am really open to anything- so, whenever you have a chance, could I borrow those please? You said their names were My Hero Academia and Ouran, correct?”
When Em asked if she knew when the next full moon would be, Bailey smiled and nodded. She said “Actually I do. I just got out of Astronomy last night- the nearest full moon is tomorrow, the 28 of March. Any particular reason why?”
Bailey was curious on why the girl was asking. Was she a warewolf? if she is a wearwolf she should know when the full moon is though… Bailey thought, internally debating with herself.
I wonder… are Amy of my friends wear wolfs? I mean… I don’t think that would change out friendship. At least on my part/ I really don’t care. Would they? If they do, would we be friends?

Silence took over the two of them. Emily was simply thinking about which manga she should lend Bailey, until she decided on MHA. When Emily heard Bailey speak again, Emily listened then she said,

"Yay! I could go right now to get one of them! Also, yes there names are MHA and Ouran. I think I'll let you read MHA first if you want to start off with an Action manga."

After Emily stopped speaking she went back to thinking. But this time she thought about Vampire Knight, one of her most favorite anime's every. Emily heard Bailey speak again, so she listened, then she waited, and then she said,

"I'm just wondering. I guess tomorrow I'll be in my dorm reading Vampire Knight. Wait, I'll be in the library tomorrow not in my dorm! I can't really read manga in my dorm. My roommate won't let me sadly."

Emily knew that she was saying a lot. But she wanted to tell Bailey the truth. She didn't want to lie to her very first friend that she made here. You could say that Emily is trying to make new friends or that she doesn't want to make new friends cause she has her cousins and their friends. But one of those is true.
