Ooh, you're from the French site! We got quite a few people here who are on both hio and pfr

It doesn't surprise me because the two sites are incredible!

i love the site...but i feel like its a bit extreme with homework and registration but thats about it

my main thing about registration was the fact i could talk to anyone for like, a week before i got accepted which was very frustrating

I was never active on pfr, so I can't really judge but I heard some cool things about the setting! I hope you enjoy hio as much too

Sage, if you need any guidance or help, feel free to owl me. It seems a lot more complicated at the beginning than it is. Also homework is not obligatory at all, it is an extra for those who want to embrace the school aspect. If you wait for graduation which is at the beginning of July, you will get all the spells of your year automatically.

Oh, you are talking about validation. And yes, that is actually precisely the reason why I was never active on pfr, I personally am not a fan of the whole account deletion thing.
Registration is something else though, you can find all about it in this forum.
