But this is an RP site- the point is to RP as characters, so making a whole chat for them and allowing them to go under 200 words and stuff would make it a bit pointless.

The issue is that if we have on IC area where you do not have to meet the 200 word count, people are going to want to not have to do the 200 word count in other areas as well and it could confuse many new people if the word count is required in some spots and not in others.
