I think this is slightly incorrect?
Even if you become a sixth year or adult, you will not have access to Chamber of Secrets.
It's strictly a Parselmouth board and no one else can access it.
Or at least that's what I got from it.
I thought it was like the House common rooms, only certain people can access it.

The only way other people who aren't Parselmouths can access it would be if the Parselmouth took them there (I believe there's a guest access that allows each Parselmouth 1 guest access pass as long as they are with them or something). But other than this, I don't think anyone will ever get access to that particular board unless they are a Parselmouth. But I could be wrong!
