No, I mean if you have a special race then it is every other year. If you don't have a special race you can apply for abilities every year.

Gahhh I'm in a mood tonight. Was ok earlier but *pulls out hair* theater 1 kids do *nothing* for scenes and I'm literally trying to get things set up/striked for the next scene and at the same time, get dressed in time ;-; theater 1 does *nothing* to help except to talk *loudly* backstage and play on their phones. We- Footloose is literally next Thursday.

I'm in charge of Theater 2 kids for stage managing them. My other best friend is in charge of stage managing Theater 1 kids but my other best friend (the same one I said previously) was getting changed for his roles he's in, literally, both of us are so busy we still have *lots* to do before curtains even open ;-; so usually when he is changing I am striking the set and setting it

That sounds really rough, sorry you have to deal with all that. I'm not sure what I can advise you then, because I know that I would have lost all my patience with those kids if I were you.
