Ah, I get you Serena. I've had trouble sleeping the past few days and I've always suffered from mild insomnia. Try reading a book or doing something to calm you down and get your energy out. The key is to not get stressed about not being able to fall asleep, that's what I used to do all the time and it just made it ten times worse.
