If you go to that forum a bean will appear near the chains on either side. They appear every six hours so once you collect it you have to wait for the next one to appear.

Every 6 hours the location and flavor of the bean changes, it last changed 15 minutes ago.
You just have to search through the forums other than the Ministry and House areas to find it. It will always be at the top on the first page somewhere near the chains. I announce the locations of the beans because some people do not have time to find them, but still want to collect them. The flavor and location are hidden though because some people still want to search for the bean themselves.
