Last time I read it, only if you are the same year as your iNPC is when you can use it, otherwise if you decide to transfer it to your current account, it's frozen, if it's not the same year as you.

I feel like Draven connected with draven more than he had with other chars tbh. And it juni you've connected with Juni as well, admit it, she reminds you of you. .
Honestly yeah. He's my favorite character so far. Writing him no longer feels like a bad acting exercise.
