Actually, it does ;) At least in the books. That the voices remain unchanged is only a thing in the movies. Since hio is going after book lore, I'd assume that the voices are changed by the potion as well.

Yeah exactly :) In the movie they had to practice the voices in the bathroom, but in the book (specifically the German copy) Harry specifically points out that the voices changed.
