Sadly, she might have done too. She thought the gifts were sweet and she would have just taken some food from the party and joined for a bit if people were nicer but... yeah, things went sour quickly!

It was her party, of course she should have taken responsibility!!! 
To be fair, Nora never hated her. Just was considering it might be best to expel her for her own safety, since she seemed to find bad situations a lot.
