Oh gosh

Are you able to get some rest, keep the pressure of your knee? If you have a non-emergency medical line in your country (mine does but I don't know if that's a thing for everyone) or a GP that you can call, can you call them just to ask for advice on what to do to help heal it from home?

aye, my mam friend is a nurse and she told me to ice and elevate it. it's getting better slowly but my mam is still trying to send me to school. she can't deal with two kids off
