Audible pants escaped her lips as she shivered in the cold. It was still going. How many more of these slugs were there? How many more times could Erin go through this suffering and how many times was Serena going to have to hit her with a slug-vomiting spell?

She pointed her wand at the Howard-Erin duo, trying to carefully aim it to the latter whilst the former had her pinned. Heal. Vomit. Heal. Vomit. Heal. Vomit. It was like a mantra at this point. Serena did not know what else to do. She raised her wand to continue but the chaos around her refused to stop.

Howard! No words came out of her mouth but the panicked thought hit her mind. Her eyes widened as she inhaled sharply, as she heard the pain in his voice. The expression would have been a bigger giveaway too but in the storm, with her tears and the fact that she was struggling to maintain consciousness, she was barely able to see anything clearly. Slightly blurry figures were what she was focused on. She had to help- She paused, unsure of what she was meant to do. It felt like someone had grabbed her gut and clenched it tightly. He was dragged into this mess, he was never supposed to be here. He was not supposed to be getting hurt. This was not his battle yet he quickly was becoming another victim of it.

Tears streamed down her face, mixing in with the rain. The guilt she felt was limitless in its growth. It was as though she had purposefully searched for him, grabbed his hand and forced him into this situation. It was not just for him though. Serena did not know why but she felt responsible for so many things that went wrong constantly. Today, this was just one of the many. Erin's current condition was another. She may have been the one to cast spells at her but she felt a pang of guilt as though she had been the one to implant the slugs in the first place. Serena was not responsible but she sure as hell felt it right now.

The familiar voice of her friend screamed a question that plagued everyone's mind. Why did these dances always go wrong? The only issue was... this time... Serena knew why. The odd group of students that met in the cabin not too many days ago all knew why - Bloom included. The dance was not their chosen location but it was the first time they were all together with Erin. This dance going wrong was... their fault - and the guilt attached to that seeped into her heart, knowing it was their fault.

This had to end. It had to end now. A slug was still alive, there may have been hundreds more for all she knew. And people were fighting each other? She could barely keep track of what was happening in front of her with Erin, Howard and Bloom. How was she meant to know what Hugh and Galton were getting up to? What was everyone doing? The slugs needed to be removed and destroyed. But she was not sure she had the strength or willpower to be the one to do it.

She was perhaps one of the luckiest people, though. When she lacked the strength to do what must be done, there were others she could rely on. Once more, she put her faith in them. The slugs would be handled by them. She had to do... the one task she had been doing so far. She stepped forward, staggering closer to Erin.

"Erin, please... I'm begging you... Help me end this... Tell me how to help you... Please, just- trust me- Just once-" She pleaded with the Slytherin. They had never seen eye to eye before and she was painfully aware that Erin had absolutely no reason to trust her but nonetheless, she begged her. There was no other choice. She needed to get these slugs out of her, she needed to save her. All of this was for that purpose. Everyone was suffering for that reason, "I'm so sorry... I have to do this... Please- Slugulus Eructo," She whispered, attempting to hit her again with the slug-vomiting charm, just hoping Erin did not run away again or attempt to dodge it. They had to work together.

It was hard to see the tears on her face, given how soaked everything was. But Erin knew her as a crybaby. Today was no different. Serena would cry through gritted teeth as she cast the spell once more. It was not what she wanted to do but she had to. Until each and every single one of these monsters was out of her, until Erin was completely safe, "First... we get these out... Then we free your reflection... Just... tell us how to help you," She had no idea how to help Erin nor did she know if the other knew... but she had to try.

She had no idea what Pizza was doing or where he even was right now. The mess around her was far too chaotic. The little rat continued to follow his best friend's (only friend's?) instructions from earlier, just relentlessly going after the slugs as best as he could. He was small but he was doing his very best to hit the creatures that she had trained him to hit. Though, these really were far bigger and scarier than the cute ones she had originally shown him. Pizza Rat lunged once more, readying his teeth.

Hugh's grip loosened and let go of @Gideon Athanatos 's head. The boy wasn't dead, and the part-giant was starting to admire himself in what seemed to be a newly discovered, very particular skill set of his. He did not feel proud of what he had done, he never felt pride for anything he was to the world or himself. What he felt was the same amaranthine sense of compunction that followed most of his elaborate actions. Creeps like Gideon wandered the wizarding world freely. Each hair on Hugh's body stood to attention on the thought of anyone getting their hands on both Erin's teeth and the slimy bits of slug that were oozing from the bag. No one in their right mind took stuff like that. And no one would without reason. He felt justified in the damage he had dealt. But he did not need to be particularly perspicacious to know what was coming.

From the corner of his eye and the back of his head, he could hear and see the cogwheels moving already. Some girl (@Juniper Kelly) came to fend for her dying Romeo, naive and unwilling to question the why's and who's of the situation. @Galton Lansdale was casting a spell in their direction, his target (@Selim Faust) found with the turning of Hugh's head. The reckoning came sooner than he'd expected. To no one's surprise, people were ready to cut down the giant and raise their sword in the name of Don Quixote. Man, was he wishing to be a windmill right now.

The giant's head would snap into attention and lock onto Gideon's bag. The boy had been downed, it'd only be beneficial if he remained there, lest he wished for a second tumble. Hugh would dive and grab the bag, as soon as his fingers found purpose, he'd try to get out of range. No, not 'out of range'. Hugh knew he needed to get himself 'out of sight'. Which was just about the hardest thing to do for someone such as him. Both of his attackers were of no interest to him. Either they had their motives, or their quarrel with him was a mixture of shock and survival instincts. Get out of here, then think again.
Action: Grab Gideon's bag and run.

His healing spell had missed Serena and landed on Erin instead. Well, not the target he was hoping for, but at least the blonde was a looking a bit more... Alive. He would have to focus on helping Serena after he took care of Hugh. Speaking of which... Merlin what the hell was wrong with the children in this school? Sure, they had been through a lot, but to simply crack the younger boy's head open as if he were an egg and not a little boy... It made even Orion's stomach lurch. Sure, there was definitely something wrong with Gideon. He was collecting teeth and slugs, and that was... Hm... An entirely different problem in itself that he was unqualified to handle. The boy needed help, the type they did not offer at Hogwarts. Regardless, he was still a tiny eleven year old, and Hugh was a half-giant fourth year.

Before Orion could act, the giant had other students casting spells at him, attempting to dive at his ankles, whatever they could do, but Hugh was far larger than any of them, and it would likely take a few spells to knock him down. Orion's own elder wood wand was pointed directly at the Gryffindor as he growled his spell and drew his wand upwards. "Stupefy!" (MOD NOTE: If the spell hits, it renders its victim unconscious, since this spell is not yet in our dueling system, as it is a sixth year spell, I will leave how it is rolled up to the decision of the moderators of this event).

The chaos surrounding Caradoc felt nauseating and would have suffocated him had he not been able to stand up and tower above the others. The Head of Hufflepuff tried to assess the situation, figuring out what to do with the time they were given. Either Erin was safe or this was about to transition onto the next stage, and that was a far more bleak picture. His eyes fell on a distraught Serena, she was looking worse for wear. Almost dragging herself across the field to try to help out where she could. "Stay there, Serena!" Doc would cry out as he jumped and wrestled past the others to get to her.

He brushed a few strands of hair from her face as far as he could in the blowing storm. Cupping her face in both his hands, he swore he saw something of Cass in her. "We're going to be okay, kid." He smiled as the girl would hear a snap of his fingers next to her ears. His mouth would seem to form the word 'Episkey', yet his voice was barely audible over the winds that were howling against him. There was little more he felt he could do at the moment. With an instinctual desire to protect his children, he pulled her closer and held her tight. Trying to offer the girl some semblance of peace in a scene of chaos and violence all around. "We're going to be alright." He whispered, not sure if she could hear him this time.

As he stood with Serena, Doc's eyes lingered on another scene transpiring away from the others. Several students were fighting amongst themselves and Professor Lécuyer was casting as well. Whatever it was, Doc had too little time on his hands in this instance. The person who needed him the most right now, was right there with him.

Hugh Lowe is Making Huge Mistakes

Inconsiderate, very inconsiderate. After the successful head breaking attempt, Hugh also wanted to take Gideon’s bag. What was this? An assault, battery, and thievery. Was it the bag the part giant always wanted in the first place? Let’s see whether or not luck would be on his side.
Hugh's Bag Grabbing

Gideon's Seer Power

It turned out not to be his best day. Once failed, more would come approaching. Everyone seemed to hold huge grudges against Hugh. Not one, not two, but four attacks were coming his way simultaneously. The tension in the air was palpable, stronger than the entirety of his strength. Selim Faust was aiming for his achilles tendon, Juniper Kelly wanted to just burn him to the ground, even his friend, Galton tried to turn him into a stone by making Hugh his second target detail about this will be mention later, while the handsome defense against the dark arts professor intended to render him unconscious.

Due to being part giant, hugh takes 20% damage reduction.
The proficiency of Selim Faust slashing Hugh’s Achilles tendon was out of the world, as if he did it multiple times prior to this. Once the sharp edge of Selim’s weapon ruptured the tendon, not only was the part giant bleeding, but he would also fall as if one of his feet lost its support. Then the wrath of a tiny redhead came to his way in a form of fire erupted from the tip of her wand. Though she was successful, the fire didn’t last as she had probably expected, but still enough to burn his clothes and some part of his skin. Galton, on the other hand, being a part of the duellist team should have made him at least decent at spell casting. Either he was nervous, or it was because he was targeting two things, the remaining slug and his friend, the spell would backfire and hit himself, leaving him petrified for quite some time. And now it was time for the French man to shine by making one of his students unconscious. Of course he cast the spell flawlessly, just as flawless as his beautiful hair. Sprinkles glitters all over Orion Lecuyer.

Goodbye Evil Slug

In a brink of death, the evil slug would do their most likely last attack. Selim would be the target of interest. Zoomed in full force, would the calcaneal destroyer be able to evade?

Selim was way too fast for the weakened slug. Now that their fame and glory started to fade, time for the Hogwarts rangers to attack. Pizza Rat, our bravest hero would try and bite the slug to death, followed by Howard White’s amazing punching talent, Bloom Silverton with her magnificent kick, Sylvie and her aggressive diffindo, and our friendly neighbourhood cat, Xailah Alptraum and her knife.

With that many attacks, there was no doubt the slug would die within one second. Thank You to Pizza Rat, Howard, Bloom, and Sylvie for the accurate hit. Even though Xailah was trying to contribute to the death of the last evil slug, she would slash nothing but air. But I would give 10/10 for the determination.
Hello Cute Slug

But this was not it. Serena was still not convinced and tried to let out more slugs as much as possible. The cleaner Erin’s gut, the better it would be for everyone.

Adults are usually good at magic, better than these tiny little gremlins. But not the Hufflepuff head of house, Caradoc Browne. Maybe this was his first failure ever, a bit embarrassing, especially when he did it in front of many witnesses. Plus, he hurt Serena in the process, how dare!

Stay there, he said. As though she was in the position to move much or leave. She could not run away, she barely had the ability to stand up straight. In fact, was she even standing straight? Her body was likely crouched a little, hobbling. The slug had gnawed its way through a chunk of her flesh and walking on it just hurt like hell.

"Professor, I'm... so... sorry," Serena mumbled as her gaze fell onto the head of house, who was smiling at her with words of encouragement coming out of his mouth. Could he promise that? Did he know? Was it actually over? She had no idea but... she could only hope he was right. That they were okay. All of them. She had tried. Each and every single one of them had tried - and look at them now.

She heard a click of his fingers. As the sound travelled through her ears, she started coughing. Exhaling in pain. Wiping her mouth with the back of her hand, she nodded as her gaze moved to Erin. Serena did not have the strength to keep fighting but she also did not know if she had the choice. Staring at the slug coming out of the Slytherin's mouth, she blinked. It looked... very normal, almost like an actual slug. It was cuter than the monsters prior but... she had no idea if that meant it was over or not. "Is- Is it over? Are they all... out? Are you... okay?" She had no idea if this meant everything was okay or not. Was there more to this? Staring at Erin, the desperation evident on her face.

If Erin allows it, Serena suddenly stepped forward and attempted to engulf the Slytherin in her arms, pulling her in for a hug. Even if the hug was not accepted, she would speak. If the hug was accepted, she would pull her in close and hug her tightly, "I'm so sorry. For all of this- I- I'm sorry," Serena sobbed, not sure what else to say. She did not know if this was enough. All of this might have been for nothing if Erin turned right now. Despite the fear of that in her heart, she stayed close to her, just hoping with every ounce of hope she could muster up that this was enough. That Erin was alright. Because if she was not, they were out of ideas - and now out of people. Galton and Hugh both seemed preoccupied and Serena did not have the strength in her to keep going.

She looked over her shoulder, trying to find the third slug. It seemed to be surrounded by several capable people though. It also looked pretty dead but even if she was wrong, there were enough people around to stomp on it. What she did not expect to see was what she saw: everyone ganging up on the part-giant. A sick feeling crept into her stomach, rage quickly filled her heart. The last time a giant was ganged up against at one of these balls, it proved to be fatal. Hugh did not deserve this. She was not exactly sure what happened but it seemed like everyone was hellbent on hurting him. Who the bloody heck casts fire at someone?

"Hugh!" She screamed horrified at the top of her lungs, using every ounce of energy she could muster up, as she watched the boy getting hurt. She gritted her teeth. The urge to bombardo his attacker in the face or diffindo the other's ankles in return were real. But this was the same girl who hated the fact that she was slug-vomiting someone to save their life. There was no way she could do what they did and brutally hurt them, even if it was out of revenge.

She looked back at Erin, "Shit-" What the hell was she meant to do? Stay with Erin or go to Hugh? Did she even have the energy or strength for either? Staggering in the rain, she felt her heart beating so loudly in panic. Her fingers clutched tightly, one hand around her wand and the other into a fist as she gritted her teeth. She needed to protect them both. But how? And what the hell happened to Galton? Why was he not moving! Was he getting attacked too?!

Pizza Rat bravely fought alongside the superheroes of Hogwarts, attacking the third and final slug relentlessly. They were not giving up. It was not over until it was over and alongside them, Pizza continued to bite as much as its little mouth could handle it. He might have been small but he felt inspired alongside the group (Howard, Bloom, Sylvie and Xailah). The brown rat steadied itself for another lunge, watching the slug to see if it moved again but it did not. Looking up at the nearby figures, it looked around. Why he was looking around, no one would know. But he seemed to have done his mission for now and thus, looked around, waiting for further instructions or as though trying to figure out what to do. Perhaps there were other enemies for him to attack?

The amount of emotion that was steaming out of each kick was more than Bloom could admit. She had anger come out of her toes and right into the gut of the slug. Only to see that she was not alone in smashing it to pieces. Howard was also attacking and it seemed that there were two other people attacking the slug as well. Making it all-of-a-sudden disappear. Bloom did not know it was going to do that and she had one kick and completely missed, falling on her behind next to Howard. "Ouch," she mumbled to herself.

Bloom strayed away from her pain and watched Erin and Serena. Serena had done another spell onto Erin and a slug was coming out of her. Though, it wasn't like any other slug that they had seen or that she was kicking. It was a... Beautiful slug. (Can that even be possible?) It was elegant and classy in comparison and looked warm and inviting. Bloom did not want to be the first to attack. What if it was a good slug that could help them? She did not want to ruin an ally. She looked to Howard, Xailah and Sylvie for support on what to do with this new being in front of them. Were they to attack or listen to it?

Bloom was giving in. She got up from the ground and began to walk over to the slug who seemed so innocent. Maybe it was her, or maybe the slug, Bloom didn't know, but with her wand in her hand, she slowly walked up to the slug. She felt like she needed a hug. Or was it the slug that needed a hug? "I think this one is okay," she said aloud, walking slowly to the creature.

"Of all the wonders that I yet have heard, it seems to me most strange that men should fear seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come."- William Shakespeare's 'Julius Caesar'
▁ ▂ ▄ ▅ ▆ ▇ █ ||~♟~|| ▇ ▆ ▅ ▄ ▂ ▁

His attack hit, but apparently, some girl he didn't know decided that wasn't enough. That simple choice of hers turned Selim's target into yet another victim that needed serious treatment to prevent bad repercussions from their injuries.

To add on top of the growing anger in his stomach, the half-dead slug that had previously been his target attacked him. Of course, Selim was far from unaware of his surroundings at that moment, so he simply sidestepped it with grace befitting of an aggravated cat. Now that the Slug threat was neutralized, going by the very normal-looking slug that had exited Erin's mouth now, he could fully focus on the injuries at hand.

After wiping what blood remained on his chopsticks and stowing them away. He knelt beside the large boy he had severed the tendon of, checking his pulse on his scorched skin. He was unconscious thanks to the more professional effort of Prof. Lecuyer's magical attack, which was far less dangerous than both Selim's own attack, and most definitely the girl's attack.

The half-giant was far too effectively neutralized now.

Turning Selim glared at the girl, the eyes behind his mask, while hidden by shadows, didn't hide the icy-cold feeling of his gaze. "You're actions have caused far too much harm to the boy's attacker. This half-giant is now just as much as a victim as that boy you decided to get enraged on the behalf of." His gaze narrowed. "Burns of this degree can effectively be life-threatening. Complications include: Bacterial infection, which can lead to blood infections. Blood infections, known as 'sepsis, severely reduce blood flow to one's vital organs, which can result in organ failure and further tissue damage. Other complications include fluid loss, including blood loss, and hypothermia. The only thing that saved him from far higher risk is this storm." As he talked Selim took out his bandages and disinfectant. Soaking the bandages in the latter, he tried to wipe clean the area around the gash he himself had caused before wrapping them around the wound. If this had been the only injury there would be far less of a risk of infection, since it was simply a single gash, easily treated. The ruptured tendon wasn't an immediate, life-threatening issue, and could be mended properly in the hospital wing. Burns in this situation were an immediate, life-threatening wound.

"Due to the heat his clothing may be fused to his skin around the area of the burn. Depending on the material." He grimaced. He couldn't tell if this was the case now due to being unable to see the full extent of the damage. "We need to get him out of this mud, the possibility of bacterial and blood infections are far too high with him laying in it." He was mostly speaking to the nearby professor when he said these. Selim didn't have a chance of lifting the larger boy himself.

He then looked back at the girl. "You're reckless spellcasting simply complicated issues, it didn't help, and if the professor hadn't cast his spell it wouldn't've done anything to hinder the half-giant anyways. Your efforts were pointless and ended up harming another student for no reason other than your logic-impairing anger. You have become no better than him as a result." He pointed at the fallen boy.

"Congratulations. Honestly, I find it amusing that people praise magic for being less harmful than physical attacks, yet in this case, on a medical level, my actions were far less damaging than yours. Maybe I should get myself a doctor's coat and give myself a reward for my insight on these subjects." His voice dripped with dry sarcasm even though rain poured all around them. He was a far cry from being as egotistical as some of his peers, so he had no intentions of rewarding himself for something like this.... a white coat though... hm, perhaps he could change his clothing style up after this mess was over.

Was he perhaps snapping at the girl too much though? Maybe, but he thought the situation called for it, perhaps his words would make the girl think about her actions for once. "If you want to actually help I suggest you try and get nurse Brumby. That'll be far more helpful for both the boy you oh-so valiantly protected and the boy you decided you wanted to burn to a crisp." The skull-masked boy drawled.

They needed far more than his now-dwindling roll of bandages and a half-full bottle of disinfectant for this. He wasn't sure he had enough bandages to dress the burn wounds of the half-giant he still couldn't bother to recall the name of. So, with a grimace of defeat, he shifted over to the original victim of this mess. "If you grab the nurse I'll be sure to keep this boy's injuries as stable as possible. Shifting his head could further damage him so we need to keep it steady and in line with his spine. " His voice had turned from snappish, to grave. Head trauma was nothing to scoff at, which apparently the half-giant was blissfully unaware of.

The other boy that had gotten a skull fracture from the larger student had the exact same risks as this boy did. "The other boy that idiotically tried to murder Erin Ryan has the same injury as this boy if I remember correctly. He kept walking around and getting tackled so he may be more at risk than this one. Hopefully, neither results in a brain hemorrhage. If they aren't treated properly that risk only continues in their later years." At least that's what he'd read, he wasn't sure if he was exaggerating the risks of these two instances. He hadn't been trained as a medical professional, so all he knew were the injuries, the proper name for those injuries, and the risks associated with them. To treat injuries he mostly went of logic and only had the skills and supplies to treat surface wounds. He also didn't have the equipment or light to properly see the extent of the injuries. For all he knew, the boy had a simple hairline fracture, not a depression fracture, which was far less dangerous.

He wasn't sure if the half-giant had first, second, or third-degree burns, or if the risks associated with those burns were impacted by how large or small the burns were. All he could do was hand out worse-case scenarios so people understood that these injuries weren't something to laugh at or cheer in victory over.

A rumbling sense of anxiety coiled in his stomach as he thought of all the possibilities, of how flippantly students injured each other, thinking that 'magic can heal anything'. Sure, it could, but it wasn't as if everyone knew the magic to heal those injuries. They had one or two professionals in the subject, that was it, and the one professional present at this cesspool of an event was likely spread very thin right now. Due to this, these injuries held much more risk than students apparently thought.

"Obviously if I'm going to keep doing this I'll need to bring fully-stocked first aid kits to these cursed events." He grumbled. Hopefully, Prof. Lécuyer would be able to assist with dressing the half-giant's wounds, because Selim was rather lacking in the ability to now.

Hugh's face winced in pain as he felt something slash about the height of his ankle. Like a heavy sack of meat, his body collapsed and sagged onto one knee. Grinding his teeth in protest, the part-giant growled in agony as he tried to contain his anger and fear within. Boiling like a storm inside. If he lashed out, there were going to get more people injured. He wouldn't have it. Instead, he tried to stop the blood from pouring out of the wound. He could see his two big hands getting engulfed with red, sticky liquid. Another spell, getting cast next to him, caught his attention. Gasping for air and relieve, his eyes briefly flickered and were met with a bright flame. One arm shot upwards, trying to shield his head from the brunt of the attack. The flames were licking and slashing about his sides as the heat ripped through his clothes. In his attempt to flee the scene, his other hand tried to reach for the bag, but found no purpose. Instead, his huge frame staggered and tumbled to the side. He tried to roll over and get out of the way. Pivoting on his knee, unable to get back up, he was now staring down a professor's wand. In his peripheral vision he could see Galton freezing up and falling down, Hugh was unable to help him in return. The last he saw was a flash in front of him, before the world turned dark. His body fell back, his head slammed into the mud.

Hugh opened his eyes slowly as they fought back against the light. His hand reached up to shield himself from the sun that was shining over the cliffs. Slowly, Hugh's senses would kick back in. He could feel the rock supporting his weight under him. His ears picked up the sound of waves clashing against the landscape as seagulls bickered on the shoreline. Eventually, he became aware of a large figure sitting on the ground, next to him. She had to be twice his size, at least, with long flowing hair draping her shoulders and back. The giantess would smile back at him and slowly reach for his hand. Hugh wasted no time in reaching for hers. It felt funny, how his unusually large hands felt so small in hers. Like he was destined to always feel like a little boy around her. It was a mirror-world to what he was used to, back in Hogwarts. Where everyone saw him as large and threatening. His kind was too out of character for their world. And yet here, he realized as he circled patterns in her palm, he finally felt like a little boy. More than often he was scared, so scared of what he had to do. The weight of expectations would only temporarily fade whenever he apologized to the world for existing. He did not mean to be trouble for anyone. Like so many others, he was just a kid plucked from a family and dropped into a school of fantasy. But somehow who he was, or rather what he was, was more of an issue to others. "Whasa nain irruis enusefra raiddra rnaira ru, hn?" 1

Her son tried to smile back as her voice pulled him back to the shore. Hugh looked up into her eyes and struggled to fight back the tears. His eyes snapped shut as the drops began to gather around them. Slowly, his body would fold as he whimpered softly. With as much might as he could muster, his arms tried to cradle his own lanky frame. In the cold winds blowing past, he felt alone and cold. Eventually, his mother's large arm would come around and pull him closer to her side. "Id'r ersairhd, Hirh. Thair daina I en rdeirrailr hasa." 2 Gida said with her low monotone voice, the sound echoing through. He could feel her hand squeezing into his shoulder. Hugh sniffed and tried opening his eyes again, but they felt tired and heavy. He needed to sleep, the world felt like too much to handle right now. As his head turned to look up, his eyes widened in fear. Gida's presence crumbled away and scattered to the winds, blowing out of existence. Hugh fell sideways with the disappearance of her presence. Suddenly the world was covered in mist, and he was left to wonder where he was. "Nene?" 3 He asked in a whisper to the white clouds circling around. He realized he was floating, maybe falling? He felt as if the world was sucking him back in. It was time to go back now, he swore he could hear a storm rumbling in the distance.

"I- what?" She frowned and shook her head. "You're wrong." She snapped. She showed the snake-like boy her shaking hands, which now had Gideon's blood on it. "HE CRACKED GIDEON'S HEAD! " She frantically defended her actions. "h-half giant?!" She scrambled just a few inches away from both the snake boy and the giant kid who was now on the ground. "Listen, snake face, I didn't attack him cause he's a half-breed. I have nothing against half-breeds." She laughed, sounding crazy. "Heck, I'm a friggen half-breed!!" She gestured to the (useless as always) Gideon. "I attacked him 'cause he cracked this kid's skull! Or did you- do whatever that was to his foot just cause he was standing here?!" However, she wasn't even sure this boy was listening. He went into a rant about infections and yada yada yada... and despite the situation, she couldn't help but roll her eyes.

"Ohhhh my god, shut up, will ye? I get it, he has a booboo and he needs a bandaid. " She eyes Gideon with a worry look in her eyes. "Look, not to be stereotypical or anything, but aren't giants supposed to be strong a tough? Couldn't you, ya know... help THE DEFENSELESS FIRSTIE WHO GOT HIS HEAD CRACKED OPEN FIRST?! She felt the need to continuously remind this boy that Giddy got his skull crushed like a coconut. Wasn;t this boy attacking the half-giant moment's ago, too?

"STOP ACTING LIKE I'M THE BAD GUY! YOU BROKE HIS- FOOT OR WHATEVER!!! THAT MADE HIM TRIP! BuT NoOoO I'm the bad guy here! Like always, Juniper Kelly is the no good, chaotic bad child. "

She crossed her arms.
""You're reckless spellcasting simply complicated issues-"
"Reckless is kinda the way I roll" She said flatly.
"Congratulations-" The boy said with dripping sarcasm, and Juniper said "Thanks." She replied coldly.

Then the boy told her to to go get help. The nurse. THe giant boy started to make... noises. "Is he... talking to himself? Is he speaking gibberish or- wait, let me guess. Some sort of secret giant language, just like the goblins have." She stood up and nudged Gideon with the tip of her doc marten. ""Yo, you alive? Just- hang on." She turned and started to jog, but stopped. SHe looked at the boy. "I'd be lying if I said I deeply regret my actions either way. I'm sorry he got hurt and has some tragic conditions and yada yada, but I stand by my actions." She hike dup her dress and ran to the nurse.

Now that everything was chaotic again, she was in a hurry. Breathless, she called out in the chaos. "NURSE BRUMBY?! I NEED NURSE BRUMBY!" SHe shoved people aside, well... more like squeezed through the crowd. "O-OR ANYONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO HEAL- I- WELL-" She took a breath. "PLEASE- THIS KID- HE GOT BURNED-" Let's leave the part where Juni set him on fire.
