Not necessarily, Youssuf. I grew up with a lawn, I'm Asian and I've never had to mow said lawn. I also had an Asian friend who got paid pocket money for her chores.

i’m asian and i also got paid for my chores. small things like the dishwasher and folding laundry for like a few dollars at a time but my seven year old self thought i was rich.

The writer role is for people who write for the school newspaper (The Headliner). They aren't hiring at the moment but they usually hire editors, graphics or writers when they need them - keep your eye out for openings if you're interested.
