Re the bullying - you show a pattern. You keep track of what was said and done to you and others and you show a pattern. You go to your teacher, then your parent, then your principal. It happens online a lot too and it is how I stop the bullies that find their way onto here. Might take awhile of course.

Because there will always be people who will take advantage of others when they see an opportunity, for whatever reason (personal insecurity, dislike or else). Those who seem 'powerful' usually get some followers or supporters, if they are clever about it.
And it's usually hard to catch the 'clever' ones because they won't be obvious about it, not providing proof to ban them for. So they stay until they make a mistake.
