@Winnie Harper
It wasn't every day a new edition of the headliner came out, but once it did Percival was always eager to catch up on news around the castle. Especially if a question of his was waiting to be answered. Within the hour it was announced, Gray made his way to the great hall, this time with a furry companion at his side. Cormac, the fluffy yet ever grumpy cat nonchalantly followed, his nose curiously twitching to the smell of pumpkins that scattered the hall.
Grey picked himself up a fresh copy and sat on the nearest bench, his hands opening up the page that contained his question. With a small smirk, he read the answer in his mind, a small chuckle escaping once he reached the end. Of course, Evelynn would answer in the smuggest way possible. She even suggested that he was seeking the hand of the two individuals themselves, how silly of her to say such a thing! none the less, it was the reaction he hoped for from one party at least.
Suddenly, a loud bang rang off beside him. Someone standing before him had slammed another copy of the headliner, and it wasn't an accident by any means. Calmly looking up from his paper, he was met by a swinging fist that clocked him flush on the cheek. His face snapped to the side, forcing his body to fall to the floor. Below a sitting Cormac was watching the commotion and saw the whole thing coming from a mile away. Slowly getting on his four paws he slowly plodded away before Percival fell on him, only stopping in between the mad girl Winnie and the downed Gray.
Percival groaned and lifted a hand to his face, slightly dazed and surprised by how hard she could punch "I-I deserved that..." he said honestly, even if it meant not getting another punch from the farm girl. The prefect slowly leaned up and took a second to recover from the blow, but Winnie wouldn't allow that, this time throwing him a verbal assault "Heh... I wouldn't give a toss if I thought it made sense Winnie" Gray said straight to the point, a small smirk appearing in the corner of his lips. Using the help of the bench he finally managed to get up and look down at Winnie, his face still wincing from the pain. Yet, when she mentioned Levi drugging her his face went into a state of confusion
"Wow wow, wait a damn second. I know Levi is a strange lad, but he wouldn't go that far. And, how the hell do you know it's him when you lost all your memories, did someone tell you?" he grunted as he curiously got closer to the girl "Please, can you show me the evidence before we all jump to conclusions?" the prefect said in a more sterner voice, clearly showing he wasn't messing around anymore compared to the laid back vibe he had only moments ago.
In the meantime, Cormac had sat himself down next to the orange tabby named pumpkin. Even so, he was too focused on giving his paw a clean to acknowledge the plump feline beside him. For now, he was comfy with minding his own business.

He giggled when the Prefect of Slytherin (Percival) got punched. That made him laugh. Of course it did. It was so gosh darn funny to the boy. But since it was Winnie who punched him, Cody went to Percy's side, whispered into his ears. Even if it was all lies, Cody encouraged chaos. He thrived on drama.
With that being said, or whispered into the Prefect's ear, he was hoping that he'd avoid Detention, but maybe if a Professor was to even come, even if they aren't going to, the Prefect would get the dreaded Detention punishment. After all, Winnie Harper did go to detention on her birthday! And that was a sight to see! Why wouldn't the Part Goblin encourage that? Sure, it was bad and all, but he hated to listen to what people said anyways. He was someone who ignored lessons, or morals. He found that they were fashionably... late. Or rather, too early. They are far too outdated and people seem to want to push them. She doesn't have proof. She punched you for no apparent reason! Even if she did have a reason, it'd be very minor, or made up! By the way, my name's Cody.
A bitter growl left the young American boy's mouth, and he faced Winnie. It was go time! Sure, he slapped her, but was anyone paying attention? It seemed that his act for a broken hand was useless. He just acted like his hand was fixed all of a sudden, then he grabbed out his wand, pointed it towards Scarlet Salvatore, apologizing, but he wanted to see someone dance, maybe it'd liven up this... scenario. It was the Tarantallegra spell, or better known as the Dancing Feet charm. "ta-RON-ta-LEG-gra!" He made his wand go up to the left, then straight over to the right, then it goes diagonally in a right movement to the bottom.

Did it hit? Of course it did, not even she could evade the... sightly demonic boy... well, that could be a way to describe him. It would be something that described his personality as he refuses to learn how to get his behavior under control.
Then again, who could blame him. Of course, he didn't like seeing Scarlet dance, but he didn't have a way to end the Dancing Feet charm, as he was told that he'd learn it in his second year.
"Oh hell. Sorry Scarlet!" Cody said, walking over to Scarlet, not admitting that he intentionally aimed it towards her. He just wanted something to liven up the.... moment.

It felt good, the feeling of her knuckles meeting Percival's flesh, along with it a release of the negative energy she had been carrying with her. She had not been expecting her punch to be strong enough to knock the 5'6" prefect onto the floor, but she did enjoy the sight of him tumbling backwards. He narrowly missed a cat that was far too cute to be owned by the likes of Percival Gray.
Truthfully Winnie would have loved to take another swing at the boy, the pink mark she had left on that cheek of his simply was not red enough for her to be satisfied, but it was a lot harder to hit a target that basically towered over you. Damn Gray, did he have giant relatives or something? Winnie straightened her shoulders when the boy confirmed that he did indeed deserve her physical attack. "Why the hell did you do it then? I suppose I mistakingly thought you found logic alluring, clearly that's not the case." A wince. Good. He deserved more. He needed to know he couldn't go digging through people's personal lives or making up lies about them without there being some sort of consequence. "I thought we were starting to get along. Thank you for showing me your true colours after I decided you weren't such a bad guy after all."
Shit. She was so caught up in the moment she blurted out the piece about Levi. It was something she was in the middle of trying to prove, to dig up information on. She didn't flinch when the older boy stepped closer, simply narrowing her eyes. "Of course you don't believe me. You didn't demand proof when you were spewing allegations about me. You decided to jump to conclusions then too. Or is it only guys' reputations you care about?" The classic tale of a 'promising young man' and a throwaway victim turned villain for daring to point her finger in the direction of her tormenter. "My memories are gone, he gave me food, he's done it before to Matt, is that not enough damn proof for you?"
It was then that a little annoying gremlin decided to insert herself into her business. His name was Cooper or something like that. Winnie had been so caught up in her issues with Percival that she hadn't even noticed him trying to whimper like a hurt animal to get attention. She had no idea how the 3'10" Hufflepuff thought he could whisper into the 5'6" Slytherin's ear, but the fact that he had gotten so close to Gray was a bit amusing. She cast him an unimpressed look, "No thanks, we don't want any girl guide cookies today."
Amongst the chaos, Pumpkin had teetered up to the cat named Cormac. He curiously sniffed the cat, as if trying to detect if he were hiding any food from him. Upon realization that he was not, he mewed, plopped down next to the cat, and started to purr.

A sound of frustration was emitted. Winnie dared to call him a Girl Scout? THAT WAS- HE WAS A BOY.
"I'm a boy. NOT a girl. HOW DARE YOU!" Cody growled slowly starting quietly, and volume increased. He was angry.
He snapped, threw down his wand, and walked over to Winnie, his fists clenched together. Cody's hands seemed to be prepared to punch her, but he quickly thought otherwise as he turned back around, picked up his wand, and cried out the knock back jinx.
"fli-PEN-doh!" Was all the boy had to say. A slight smirking would occur as he made a slash downwards diagonally then spiking up and curving his wand to create a small bump. That was a way to describe the movement that Cody made for casting Flipendo.
If Winnie were to be knocked back, Cody would be dancing like a buffoon. But if Cody failed his spellcasting, he would slap the floor below and scream. Screaming bloody murder.
After he cast the spell, he would turn around, his back facing Winnie, then start jumping around, making money noises. All Cody wanted was attention, and if people weren't used to Hogwarts yet, that'd be something that attract their eye.

"I'm not a bad person if telling the truth Winnie. My words in the paper may have some fiction behind it, but the thing between you and Matt being fabricated certainly is fact." he replied back to her an eyebrow raising suddenly when she mentioned the fact he only cared about the reputation of the guys "Oh please, you don't think I don't do this to boys too? please stop being silly Winnie" Gray grumbled with a shake of his head, disappointed that Winnie would come to such a conclusion about bias. Although, when she mentioned Jack had done it before something didn't sit well with that "I'm sorry Winnie, I think Matt is feeding you lies..."
Whatever Matt was saying to Winnie seemed to work perfectly, almost as if she was hanging onto every word he said. Either she was deeply in love with the boy, or something foul was at play. Right now, it was too soon to figure out which one was true.
At the same, he didn't notice a small figure standing beside him. Cody, who only managed to be half the size of Gray was trying to whisper something in his ear. Unfortuneately, due to the height difference, he only managed to hear the last few bits of his conversation. Turning to his right, he was confused to see no one was there at first until he looked down to see the puny Cody below "Well uh.. hello Cody" to say the prefect was confused was an understatement. It was a bit random for a random student to whisper their name and walk off like that.
However, it wouldn't be long till the boy turned back to the disgust of Winnie calling him a girl. Folding his arms, he had every confidence that Winnie would evade the spell, which to no big surprise she did. Putting a hand to his face he looked back to the whiney first year who was really starting to make a mockery of himself now. Sighing to himself, the taller than average Gray walked over to Cody and towered above the small boy with a looming shadow "Listen here Cody, you pull another trick like that again and I won't hesitate to put you through hell. My kind of detentions are not soft compared to the other prefects. And maybe, just maybe I'll leave you with enough sanity for you to remember the whole ordeal." the prefect down to him, a snarl escaping his lips before he turned around and walked back to Winnie "Same goes for you too Winnie, you know how sensitive people are with the name calling..."
While this was taking place, Cormac was finishing his routine self care when the orange cat checked him out and began purring in a friendly manner. He stopped licking for a few moments and looked to the feline beside him. Unimpressed, he lowered his paw and plodded away through Cody's legs and towards Winnie. Curiously sniffing the stranger, he gently waved his tail into her leg and sat next to her. His own way of asking for attention without making it too obvious

"Finite Incantatem."
Henry cast the counter charm at Scarlet to end the dancing feet charm, sliding his mayhaw wand back inside his bag. The teen then drew his eyes to the commotion that day which surprisingly wasn't about the headliner.
Consisting of a ravenclaw, hufflepuff, and slytherin who specifically is Percival Gray. The slytherin prefect and one of Henry's dorm mates but that didn't mean the third would get involved. Actually he might have been silently hoping the boy gets punched or jinxed, either was good and both would have been better than Scarlet taking a spell.
While the situation was a little entertaining, hogwarts's own muggle tv show if you will. The ravenclaw quidditch player punches the slytherin prefect who then scolds the hufflepuff first year for attempting to hex the ravenclaw. It certainly sounded interesting if put that way and if it was fake. Unfortunately it wasn't. It was feet away and runing Henry's day.
The teen looked over at Scarlet as he spoke"want to talk somewhere else that one can't get hexed or involved in chaso?" Henry would pull his bag close to him, stuff a shiny red apple in then pull thr straps over his shoulders.
If Scarlet agreed then he would get up and walk out with her, following the girl and talking softly with Loki jumping them taking his seat on Henry's right shoulder. If she didn't then the lad would pass Scarlet a hogsmeade chocolate bar, say a few words on how things will get better for them and that he will see her later before getting up and leaving with Loki sitting on his right shoulder.
No matter which happened, the teen would walk by the small group where spells and high voices were coming from. Casting a gaze at the three, giving Cody a head nod and silent 'hey' brfore looking over at Gray as he spoke"you look like you need help controlling two students Gray, I can get Santario if you like?" a small mischievous smile escapes his lips before fading into a soft on as he turned. Blue gaze on the ravenclaw girl as he spoke"brillant punch," the third year continued walking down the hall and out the large doors toward the library or grounds depending if he is a lone or with Scarlet.

@Henry Knight @Percival Gray @Winnie HarperThe boy snapped, that was true. Was he insolent? True. But a threat like that? That was horrendous! How dare! "Percy. What the hell did I do wrong?"
It wasn't that normal for the boy to even say "hell" but it was what it was when the boy started to get enough anger worked up. He was abashed and angry at Winnie, and now was furious with Percival. But, to be smart, Cody decided to allow a forgive and forget occurrence, which was rather awkward and odd and irregular for Cody, the young part goblin, to compensate.
But he noticed Henry and Loki leaving. So, Cody decided to take his cue, and walked out with him then ran towards the Hufflepuff Dormitory, to get ready to go up to the Astronomy Tower for what he was going to do.
Sure, he was tired of being wrong and in trouble all the time, but they were asking for it! You can't blame him for that! That was all Cody had to think as he started prepping and getting ready for the night. All in all, the boy left the great hall, only to come back for food when he is needed there.

Percival's insistence that Mathias was feeding her lies only further confused the girl. "Why? Why do you keep saying that Mathias is up to no good? He has been nothing but kind to me, Gray. How about you stop being so cryptic and tell me what the hell is going on. Otherwise I'm just going to get angerier with you. How do you expect us to get along with you keep doing shit like this?" She really had tried to be friends with the boy, especially after learning how close he was with San, but he was just making things so difficult.
Cody's presence was unwanted, but the gremlin continued to make himself known. Winnie was already pissed off at Gray, and she had let her emotions get the best of her and physically assaulted the prefect. Her body felt like it was humming with the intensity of her punch. She had not meant to make a comment on the boy's gender, weren't boys allowed to be girl guides now anyways? She more so meant he was annoying her. And that he was short. ... Like a toddler. She wasn't worried about his punch, she had been kicked by goats and other animals, in comparison his would feel like a cloud bumping into her.
Her body was still pumping adrenaline through her, and she was able to dodge the boy's spell with ease (as shown in Percival's post). She blinked over at him, shaken out of her rage momentarily. "What the hell is wrong with you?" She asked the boy with a raised eyebrow. "We are trying to have a private conversation, and you're here dancing around demanding our attention like some sort of deranged toddler." She couldn't stop herself from rolling her eyes at Percival's comment. So he wanted to play the hero and flash his badge at her? Fine. She didn't care. "I would but... Just look at what he's doing. It's so hard not to make a comment." She gestured towards the younger student, but by this time the boy was already running off after Henry.
