Pre-Hogwarts History

Blair Lawrence was born on the 31st of December, 2009 to Mary and Oscary Lawrence in Yorkshire, England during the Blue Moon Eclipse. Her mother is an Aurologist - Someone who studies Auras - and her father is a historian and successful author.
Since her birth, Blair has displayed a peculiar personality. Being interest in what comes after death, she grew up studying deceased bugs and sometimes animals in her backyard, though she never would harm these bugs or animals herself. She wanted to know what happened to the body after death. However, she also has interest in life after death, and with her parents strange connection to a mysterious spiritual group known as the Children of Thanatos, she has learned much of their beliefs on the after life.

The Children of Thanatos is a small spiritualist group that works with the dead and undead, such as ghosts. They help ghosts pass on to the other side, remove ghosts from homes or other places (that aren't supposed to be in said places) as well as performing spiritual rituals dedicated to Thanatos. Outside of their death work, they are also activists in rights for other creatures, such as werewolves, vampires, etc. and to help break the stereotypes around other beings.

Aside from the strange side of life, Blair has regular interests as well. She loves reading books about fantasy worlds where she can escape from her life around her. She also enjoys knitting, playing piano, and meditating during rainy nights.

Personality and Disabilities

Blair is a peculiar young girl with a keen interest in life after death. She has been noted to also be Autistic, which has caused her to be socially withdrawn and awkward. She can be described as an INFJ-T. She always seeks to do what is right, thought sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is the right choice to make. She desires to be a helper to others as she struggled to get help with her diagnosis herself. However, she is very reserved and not very social. At other times, she can be so intensely helping someone or invested into someone/something that she can forget to care for herself sometimes. (Note: I myself am also autistic, hence why my character is as well)
