Thats awesome. I considered it but quickly changed my mind after thinking it through, even though 11 sickles a day would be awesome (1+5+5)

You'd still need to do and pass the test. A moderator role means that the person has to have the basic knowledge that is needed to moderate the sport they are involved in. The fine details can be learned of course, and nobody expects a perfect test score, but it would be problematic if an applicant for a mod position had no idea how the particular sport works.
