Interacting with @Lindsey Springhall Maximilien de Fostoncy || Hex code:#191970
French Is in Italics
Andre's eyes were scanning the great hall with care. Though he was doing this one could tell out of the corner of his eyes he was keeping watch on his friend. Keeping close tabs on Maximilien as he walked. There were certain things Andre had yet to learn from Maxi, certainly there was a lot he could have. However Andre took the route of being one who didn't need teachings. He stood on his own two feet, there is not ever a time or situation where he would need another person. Andre took in a breath as he narrowed his view. They needed him. People needed him and he was too oblige. Charity work.

When Andre had first visited Hogwarts, he was impressed. The school felt as if it were a classic piece stuck in time. The design was striking, and nothing he had expected from what he'd read. It had broken his expectations and it had been a terrible thing. It meant he was going to have to do more than book research from now on. Especially with places, and anything about people. He could get a better judge from pictures handed off though they all could have falsities, enough of them and he was sure to have more of a general picture.

He was closer to being at a level where there wasn't the load of an elephant laying on his chest as he walked around. He'd classed enough people on his scale when he'd first come. The students themselves were no threats. Unless given things to be threatening with. Meaning weak, they were weak without some kind of magic working on their side. Weak with magic. Most were weak. None had ever been classed as high as his scale could go, but Andre could never be sure. He'd taken the majorities off of each of the houses in order too figure out their threat scale. The red had more violent tendencies, he'd had to pick who he was classing and counting ot the majority at random he'd run into so many of the red ones. Andre nodded listening and Maxi spoke though didn't give the words more thought in his head then yes that is correct.

He'd classed Maximilien long ago, there were nine classifications, the odd number bothered him but the nine was for people that didn't exactly fit the scale right. The number nine almost set apart from the scale, connect by attaching docks and or ropes. Number nine was unpredictable. Nine was scary. Nine would have been zero. Zero would have been perfect. A secret number that was nothing. Except Nine did mean something that may have been why it was scary.

When he'd first met Maxi, Andre had a small ball only atop of him around the other. The size of a football, it was normal for it to be that way. Usually around lower classifications it went from football to baseball. He didn't have a reason to be checking and careful around them constantly, but needed to keep his gaurd. Classifications tended to rise if they started to get sick of Andre's facade. He switched for them and often it would lower, but there were cases where it only kept rising. Andre had though of Maxi as little of a threat to him, a pain in his side at first, a little... But then he wasn't? Maxi leveled up the threat scale quickly, but there was a problem. He didn't fit the levels he was reaching the ones Andre had been perceiving he still had the characteristics of someone with no threat too Andre.

Nine was new. Nine was Maximilien's number only.
The classification's for a nine were specific but vague at the same time.
To be a nine you must still fit the other numbers of the scale. If one didn't then there would be a bigger problem then being a nine. Nine's are a special case. They either bring their threat rate up, or bring it down, but in this it is a falsified thing. They don't fit their characteristics for the rates their bringing in, and will have one class as to which they seem to fit best on the scale if it weren't for the rates being brought in.

There was more, but it was off of the point. Explaining it to someone who did not have the eyes of andre, or was not coded in his tongue. He cared. He genuinely cared for anyone who was in class nine. Because he cared, that was dangerous. Protect nine, but be vigilant and careful, protect yourself. A Nine would hold a certain power over him that other's didn't have. Nine's were not dim-witted fools, and could turn, do not trust them enough to say anything about yourself that could be used as a weapon. Still, hold them close.

“I have a thought,” said Andre his voice trailing as Maximilien finished speaking, he nodded towards the spot to take once more as they finally got closer and Andre took a seat. He waited for Maxi to sit before going on. “You're interested by the stories. You have a fanciful imagination. You should use it.” Andre said, he looked over at Maxi, watching him over to see if Maximilien understood what he was saying so far. “Exercise it, put it too good use. You should write.” Andre made a gesture with his hands that meant nothing. “It might feed your mind... Besides, a chance to move up in academics. Expand your vocabulary. It would help with essays. You could enter in contests and earn a few sickles. It is the winning part that would attract you perhaps, trophies, and such.” Andre said,

“If you were trying too impress either an adult or a professor, having that sort of log would look great.” Andre smiled, it wasn't genuine, though it was a warm one. He was smiling as a sort of encouragement. He didn't feel the positive emotions that would have caused a legitimate smile , he was far too in his head for that. Far too in the zone, in his thinking space.

He did have to admit, this boy was cute. Especially as a pink paintbrush seemed to dance across his cheeks. Rett was taken, of course, happily. But that didn't mean he couldn't acknowledge that other people looked good. He wouldn't do anything too scandalous with Felix. Especially since he didn't want to step on Miss Montagne's toes. He ultimately respected her and her family and would never want to do anything to jeopardize that relationship their families had developed.

However, Rett also couldn't resist having a little fun. Especially since it was obvious that this ploy was working. Rett followed him with his eyes as he stood, he was quite tall. Honestly, if Ret was interested in him and was winning his heart she chose well. "Well- I was worried you would run off if I told you." His voice developed a sad, listless lilt. As if he had considered it long and hard. "There was no good way to tell you... so this was just kind of... impromptu." He shrugged, leaning towards Felix and leaning into his hand as he brushed the hair away.

Merlin, he missed Rafa.

The last question almost threw Rett's whole plot out the window. While he knew Ret, he certainly didn't pay attention to the jewelry she wore. There was no way he could answer this, so he just had to avoid it entirely. "Do you really not believe me?" His bottom lip came out in a slight pout. "This is why I didn't want to tell you." His hand went to where a necklace should be. "I thought about wearing it, but I was going to try and find out what you thought about people who were metamorphmagi first." He looked up at Felix through his eyelashes, taking one hand in his. "Surely, darling, you know its me?" He almost felt bad. Almost. But this was just too good. He just had to hope that Ret would go along with this when he found her.

Roleplaying as Nate Smirnow from Koldovstoretz
Interacting: @Cassandra Ironwoods

All Nate could say in response to Cash's comment was a cheeky smile, he wouldn't mind a photo of them. But the young Russian had to smile much more when he noticed Cash's reaction to his action. While placing the short kiss, he had not averted his gaze and could see the raised eyebrows, hear the clearing of the throat and was there even some redness in the cheeks? It was crazy to see Nate acting so confident. He didn't know if it was Cash or if he was just going through a change in being, or maybe it was just the influence of his big brother. Whatever it was, he liked his new side.

But not only was it nice to be able to play the charming and flirtatious Russian in front of Cash, it was also nice to know that he could open up to them. They knew his emotional state about past events and while he was always afraid that others would ridicule him for it, it was different with Cash. He gave her a grateful smile but would not dwell on the subject. This visit to Hogwarts was going to be filled with nicer events and the past had happened, he couldn't change it.

Somewhat to his disappointment, he would not learn any of the infamous secrets of Hogwarts, at least not through Cash. "Me, a Russian spy? No way!" he laughed at her comment and shook his head. Of course he wasn't a spy, or maybe he was? Of course not and he also knew it was just a joke, at least he hoped so. Never would he use Cash for spionage. Anyone else here at Hogwarts but not Cash. He could never name the reason, maybe because he didn't understand, maybe because he was too young, or maybe because he was just a know-nothing boy.

"No secret passages, no secrets." He summarised them statement. "All right, I'll think of something." He laughed softly. "Nothing special so far." Answering their question, his gaze roamed the great hall. "It's weird being back here." He continued in thought, his gaze continuing to glide around the hall. "It all seems so normal and somehow it feels wrong for a brief moment sometimes." Nate didn't even realise at first that he was just blurting out his honest thoughts and when he realised it he was shocked for a moment. He quickly looked back at Cash and nervously tried to laugh off what he had said. "Anyway. What do you say we go for a short walk after dinner?" he now tried to change the subject and looked at Cash expectantly.

This food was incredible! Hadashi decided then and there that he would not rest until he found these cooking techniques. He was no chef, but maybe he could be a critic....

He then realized that someone was talking to him.
"Hitoshi-senpai," he said, to gain the upperclassman's attention. "A few of Mahoutokoro students are right over there. Would you like to join us? We're currently learning more about Hogwarts' policy to admit non-human students. I can also see that you're enjoying the delicious feast, so if not, that's completely up to you and I wouldn't want to impose."
Ah. It was Akira Shimizu. He was a first year, if Hadashi recalled correctly. He asked if he wanted to join some others from Mahoutokoro, but backed up and wondered if he would prefer food.
As far as Hadashi could tell, there was food over there as well. And Hadashi never passed up the opportunity to make new friends.

"I would love to talk! New friends before new food. Always."

They had a policy for non-humans to go to this school? Hadashi must have missed that. This was something that he absolutely HAD to find out more about.

"Lets go! There's food over there, too. I can eat and participate!"

Hadashi got up and took his still full plate with him, when he noticed someone looking at him. A small boy in yellow robes.
Hadashi remembered that Yellow was the Color of Hufflepuff. Or at least he was pretty sure.
How in the world did they make each others' grades known? That only just now occurred to him. He didnt read anything about it in his Hogwarts study. How did they know each others' grades? In Mahoutokoro it was shown clearly on their robes. He took great pride in the Navy he had maintained for so long. Very soon he would have the coveted gold robes.

"Ah.... Can I.... help you?"
The little Hufflepuff kouhai wouldn't stop looking at him... Why?

Henry was a bit taken back by the interest that the Mahoutokoro students took in non humans. Their curiosity, interst Henry with questions and wonder even through he didn't show it. The third year wanted to remain respectful and polite to the students, he have longed to attend the Mahoutokoro himself but since he couldn't having friends that attend Mahoutokoro could be just as good...

Henry softly smiled toward Sakura question, taking a moment to think and find thr words before he replied. That night would be a full moon, Henry would transform and the lad had dark bags underneath his eyes, he appeared sickley, and even sounded like he has a sore throat. The teen had to choose his next words carefully as he softly spoke" students don't know the percentage of non human students, they don't know who they are so we don't really know if ones in the ball tonight," Softly smiling at the girl before nodding to her next words.

The girl sounded sweet and amazing, Henry softly smiled toward her as he replied" that's brilliant, maybe I can show you some art worthy places and you can show me a painting or two for a knowledge exchange if you'll like, Kobayashi-San." Softly smiling at the girl before turning his eyes to the Mahoutokoro boy and nodded toward his words and expected this question or a similar response as he spoke" some don't mind and are accepting of the fact that non humans can come to Hogwarts, but there are some who are against it and believe the prejudice and rumours." The teen nodded toward the boy, his emotions were hidden behind the 'barrier' but he saw moments and flashes of prejudice that he experienced circle around his mind.

"Excellent, Shimizu-San. We need to do it in the dueling room and after classes before you return to Mahoutokoro," Henry replied looking forward to engaging in a duel aginest a Mahoutokoro student. The other Vipers went aginest other school, but none dueled a Mahoutokoro student so this opportunity would be a incredible one for Henry Knight.

A older boy walked over and started speaking to them, Sakura Kobayashi introduced the boy as her older brother; Kaito. Henry softly smiled when she introduced to him before speaking with a small bow, " It is a pleasure to meet you," stepping back so the others could speak as he listened.

Henry nodded to the Mahoutokoro boy excusing himself, the teen watched him walk over to a older Mahoutokoro student. Wondering what they were talking about as Henry turned toward the Mahoutokoro girl; Sakura and spoke" could I ask you about your hobbies, Kobayashi-San?"

Roleplaying as iNPC Valentin Everbone - Ency
Beauxbatons | Second Year
English - French
Valentin rolled his eyes for Enzo to see on overhearing that more students would be taking up seats near the pair. Clearly his friend had already spotted the group, his eyes following them as they sat down, "know any of them?" he asked in a hushed voice, though he didn't expect any of the students to speak French, he still felt the need to reduce his voice to just over a whisper, in case.

Before turning his gaze back to the others already at the table, Valentin returned a quick half-hearted smile to one of the approaching boys (Henry) who had smiled in their direction, before turning his back on him. Despite this, he kept an ear on the conversation that was being had between them, how could they blame him when they chose to sit so close, hopefully he would finally learn more about the host school as the boy went straight to the topic of Hogwarts students.

'Booorrringg,' he thought, just as his friend chimed in with what sounded like it could be some interesting information, "go on, tell me, though it would only make me want to speak to them you know!" Valentin looked in the direction of Enzo's nod, shaking his head as his friend spoke, Valentin recognised the boy only by face, had seen him walking about Beauxbatons a few times maybe, but he didn't know anything about him.

"She's from Hogwarts?" he said thinking allowed as he made the connections from what Enzo had said, Valentin looked back at his friend who was still staring at the girl, "she that bad?" he asked, noting the hate in his friend's eyes. The girl was staring back with what could be assumed to be reciprocated dislike, Valentin knew his friend's judgement to be pretty accurate when it came to people and so he was pretty sure she wouldn't become a friend, it might be fun to meet her though, for him at least. For now he turned around and offered the girl a sly grin and quick wave, enough so she at least knew she was the topic of their discussion.

A different yet familiar voice drew Valentin back to events happening on his own table, the girl from Hogwarts had spoken up, "he has been telling all of us arrivals the very fictitious backgrounds of your professors, like the ones that are clockwork or werewolf riders," he said with a raised eyebrow. "Valentin Everbone, but just call me Val," he answered, finishing off the girl's sentence, barely anyone actually called him by his first name, with the exception being those closest to him and the people with whom he doesn't exactly see eye to eye.

"I've never thought there was anything wrong with a little chaos," he said smiling, that was good to hear, so at least they might not be in for a boring trip. He pushed around a bit of food on his plate using his fork, the meal almost completely forgotten, "I have to admit, I got the sense that the whole school was a bit... grey?" he began, letting himself speak freely, "I mean more than just the uniform," he added, waving his hand in the direction of some other Hogwarts students in the uniform. "More like the place was a tad... dull," he said, finding the right word, "like your weather I guess!" he said with a little laugh.

Looking back to the girl from his plate he noticed that her friendly demeaner had changed, it was like she had just regressed into herself, he picked up on a slight shake in her hands as she reached for the cup in front of her, was it anger? Valentin couldn't tell, but people tended to be a bit more vocal when they were angry at something he had said, he lightly elbowed Enzo in the side, directing his gaze towards the girl if he hadn't picked up on her behaviour yet already. If it was what Valentin suspected it was, and the girl was looking for some comfort, he wasn't the one to give it, "I mean, you get some good weather too... sometimes," he said, and looked to his friend for help.

Felix glanced over in Cody's direction when he noticed Serena's gaze falling onto him. He rolled his eyes and leaned in to nudge her arm with his elbow. If the Hufflepuff's attention fell back on him, he would nod in the first year's direction. "Hey, do you know that kid? The weirdo randomly knew my name."

The Swede's expression fell at Rett's admittance. Was this what Ret truly thought of him? It was true that he had not made the best first impression with her, considering she had tripped over him at the Lake Party and then he proceeded to accuse her of falling on him purposefully. "Come on, you don't think I'm really that shallow, do you?" He asked the Southerner, his brows furrowing as his blue eyes tried to read his face. If this were some kind of prank... He would definitely find out about it, and he would have to get the two of them back... Somehow.

The doubts that lingered within his mind were soon erased when Rett switched to Felix's true weakness. No, not the sad eyes! How the hell was he supposed to resist them? It was then that the blonde switched on the ultimate weapon; a pout. "Merlin, don't give me that face, Ret..." He released a sharp-sounding sigh before quickly glancing around the area to check and see if anyone was watching them. It wasn't that he was embarrassed to be seen with Rett; he didn't want anyone seeing his softer side. He would then open his arms to offer the American a hug. If Rett were to avoid his hold, he wouldn't force it, but rather stand there a bit awkwardly. Should the boy accept his hug, he would try and pat his shoulder to comfort him. "I believe you, you just... Shit, you caught me off guard is all. It's kind of cool having a special talent like that."

The Durmstrang student glanced back at Serena and noticed the fallen expression on his friend's face. Wait, what? Hadn't she just been happy a few seconds prior? Why were all his friends upset? As a million questions rushed through his mind, his own features furrowed in concern. "What's wrong?" He didn't get the chance to prod her further before the tiny annoyance named Collin or something joined in on the conversation.

As the boy randomly started to question him about his hair, he narrowed his eyes at the blonde. "Did you just try to insult me by complimenting me?" That was an interesting approach. "It's a style choice, which I wouldn't expect you to understand, considering your haircut looks like someone used a bowl as a stencil." He definitely wasn't going to tell the little runt the truth behind his hair; his mother, a seer, had lost the colouration in her hair. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence with seers, but she had been self-conscious about it. So, to try and make her feel better, Felix had dyed his own hair white. He would rather die than admit to being nice. It would ruin his reputation and people might want to actually talk to him. Although his grumpy facade was apparently not working, considering the Hufflepuff was still talking to him.

"What the hell is a Garfield?" Being a pureblood, Felix had no idea what sort of muggle nonsense Cody was sprouting. He had not said the line about him stealing insults from a cat out loud, so the first year was talking even more nonsense.

"N-no," She managed to mumble out in response to Felix's question about whether or not she knew the other part-goblin. Wait. Was he asking because he thought they might be related or something? Like a part-goblin club or something? How did he know? But her friend did not seem to be distracted by someone to the other side of him, so she did not bother following up on the questions, just hoping it passed.

Exhaling a little, she took a bread bun and started to nibble on it without bothering to butter it or anything. In fairness, soft bread tasted great when it was freshly baked and it did not need anything additional on it. However, she normally would have cut it open and buttered it as that was what her mother had taught her to do. Today was different though.

Serena vaguely heard the boy near her introduce himself as Val, or at least ask to be called that. He also mentioned something about werewolf riders or some sort of clockwork rumours and she was interested to find out more. He sounded like someone she might want to actually get to know. Or at the very least, she kind of wanted to know more about these rumours because they sounded hilarious. But the curiosity and weirdness of the rumours were not enough to break a smile on her face this time. In fact, she fell quiet for far too long. Jan and Val might have been talking to each other, she had no idea. She was not really paying attention. He seemed to be talking to someone anyway and it did not seem to be her.

After a while, she realised that he was actually addressing her. Looking up as she heard him saying something about good weather. Was he talking about his own country having good weather? Perhaps. She had no idea. Half of the words had not really registered in her brain that was still trying to process what she had heard, "Y-yeah, our weather is a bit shit," She mumbled in response, staring into her plate as she tried to calm herself.

Felix had turned to her, noting that something was wrong. "O-oh, nothing, yea-" She started to reply to Felix. Something was clearly wrong but she did not really want to break down into tears in front of several random strangers. When people asked what was wrong, they often did not expect anything more than a 'nothing'. It was the same with 'how are you'. Serena never asked those questions unless she genuinely wanted to know but she found that others did.

What she did not expect as she stared into her plate, however, was to be interrupted by the small boy who had said the word 'hideous' in the first place. She fell silent, unable to finish her words to Felix as her eyes fell onto him. "Wh- What?" She spat out after a moment, a look of confusion painting her features as she was taken back by his words. What was he saying? Did he just say she looked... amazing? Who the hell was he?

Her eyes lowered slightly when she heard him ask what was wrong too. It was apparently that obvious to everyone that her smile had dropped. She went to try and smile, about to pretend that nothing was wrong and everything was just super dandy like usual. But the boy seemed to get distracted by Felix, and... what? Flirt with him? Was this flirting? She could not tell but it sounded like a compliment, just said slightly angrily.

Serena found herself just staring at the boy, blinking as he screamed up towards the ceiling. What was going on? She had absolutely no idea. She looked at Felix and then back at the boy. And then her heart almost gave out as he turned to speak to her again, saying what she really did not want to answer. Hideous... why such a word being used in connection to part-goblins mattered to her. It mattered to her more than it should have because it was personal. But associating such a word with someone solely based on their race was not okay by any means. This was just... far more personal and it really stung her heart.

If this was what people truly thought about her heritage then... honestly, Serena had no idea how to react. She just felt hurt. A pain that she could not describe. If she had the self-confidence of her brother then it probably would not have mattered to her. But she did not. She already felt unattractive and unloved after everything that happened over the summer and since. But hideous? That was a whole new level. She did not feel hideous until this very moment. Perhaps this was why her crush would never look her way. It was actually a cruel fate of irony that she found herself unable to even speak to him properly right now, because actually, Howard was probably one of the best people for her to speak to. If anyone understood how it felt to be judged based solely on their looks or race, it was probably him.

For a few moments, the fifth year had just been sitting there, taken back as she stared intently at this small boy who was being chaotic in front of her. She had no idea how to react to him, "What are you talking about?" She managed to mumble out, baffled by everything happening.

But she did not even wait for a response. She could not. "I'm sorry, I have to go anyway," Serena apologised to him before looking back to the visiting students for suddenly leaving without any explanation. Her apology was mostly for them in all honesty. However, she really did not have the time or energy to make something. Her brain was just telling her to leave, her eyes were starting to water and she just wanted to get out of there.

Before she had even finished her sentence, she had already pushed herself off the table and started to climb over the bench quickly. Without hesitation, she had grabbed her stuff and made it across the great hall at a speed that she did not even know she was capable of walking in. She literally fled the scene before anyone could stop her. If they called out after her, she ignored it and pretended she could not hear it. In fairness, her mind was too busy thinking about leaving that other sounds were not exactly being registered.
Serena flees from the thread...

I deeply apologize for the delay <3
as Maximilien de Fostoncy
French | English | #586d9d
Timidly scanning through the large Hogwarts hall, Maxi’s cheeks blushed a bit. People. People everywhere. All of a sudden he felt fear - fear of those chatters and giggles. He was never a sociable person, being uptight and timid during his thirteen years of life, though you’d better not blame him for that. His grandfather was strict. His father was aloof. And his mother - well, his mother was unhappy. Those were all the residents in the de Fostoncy estate.

Honestly speaking, it wasn’t Monsieur le Comte’s original wish that the honorable de Fostoncy family had such a timid heir. But Maximilien was Maximilien, and there’s no way for him to change. He had been like that, a solitude yet well-mannered pureblood child, the perfect obedient little one you could find in France. Oh, he had tried rebellion, but expectedly failed. For example trying to make friends with some random muggle kids in the streets. It scared Monsiuer le Chevalier so much at that time that he was shut in the family estate for two months.

Beauxbatons was the very first non-pureblood community he had ever joined, and his horizons had been broadened a great deal. André Alarie was one of the very first ones to catch the young boy’s eyes. He was fairly intriguing, an intelligent and charming person, who was brave enough to face the professors with his roller-coaster-like grades (Maxi knew what a roller coaster was, he once saw one on a trip to Marseille). And that drawn Maxi to him. As he started to get to know him, he found that André was…well, simply charming. It seemed that André had taken a fancy on Maxi as well, and to the boy’s delight his offer of friendship was accepted. And that’s the starter of their story.

He was thinking of these when André’s voice brought him back to reality. Shivering a bit at the crazy crowd, he tried to keep focused. His dark grey eyes widened as soon as his ear caught André’s words. Was it…really that obvious? He hadn’t shown his real intentions possibly, had he? Maxi thought that he had concealed his little imaginary thoughts perfectly, but he turned out as wrong. André knew everything.

“I…I’m not…” he denied in a weak voice. André was observant and practical. André did not approve of his ideas. André was not into this dreamy and naive imagination. And Maxi would lose his friend forever. His heart tightened. He had already lost a loving family, and he couldn’t afford to lose another. Even though he remained as calm as usual, Maxi began to feel even more scared.

It was to his surprise that he heard André actually supported his passion on fairytales and poetry, even though in a practical way. “Oh André…” he mumbled in a soft voice. “You do have a point.” feeling settled (he wasn’t losing a friend!), he confirmed to his friend in a louder voice that the other boy might catch. Really, he had never thought of that - entering poetry contests and writing fairytales for others to read. The imaginary world was meant for himself, a secret heaven for him to relax during the time he was ignored by his family. Nobody would be ignored in their own imaginary kingdom. And that was all. Maxi didn’t know that having such a childish hobby (they all said so) could have such great uses. But André was clearly seeing things from the practical side. And he was right. He was always right.

Dark grey eyes drifted back and fell affectionately on his friend. André had suggested showing his work to an adult or professor with a charming smile, and Maxi felt as if that the time had stopped still. He was cared by someone, and that satisfied him. Someone was valuing his talent in poetry, and was genuinely planning a bright future for him. Even if Maxi doubted if any adults would be interested in reading his works (for example, his father definitely wouldn’t like that), he confided in André. “Definitely, I will. Thank you for the advice, André. I mean…you are a good friend.” he smiled gratefully back. Oh, he was so thankful that he had gathered the courage and walked up to André back in his earlier years in Beauxbatons. The result was magnificent. His very first daring act paid him back.

Settling himself on the bench with a more comfortable position, he nodded to André. “Anyway…are you going to attend the ball? If I haven’t mistaken, there is one organized this time.” he expressed, obviously kindled by the thought. A rather sly smile showed up on his lips. “Have you got yourself a date?”

[font=Shining Like Stars]— That's brilliant, maybe I can show you some art worthy places and you can show me a painting or two for a knowledge exchange if you'll like, Kobayashi-San.
Of course! I can show you the sketch I made when I arrived because I don't have my other paintings with me. And you can show me places I could paint.
What annoys you most is that you talk quietly about the diversity of students at Hogwarts and a subject you are passionate about: art. All the while you're having dinner after a Portkey trip. And despite the glare you give your brother, he comes quietly towards you with his usual intrusive presence.
Nice to meet you, Kobayashi-senpai. The two of you look very similar.
It's a joke!Shimizu-san must have seen that your brother's presence was bothering you. But he is right. You and Kaito are very similar. Same black hair, same grey eyes and - even if you don't want to admit it - a rather haughty look that imposes a bit of respect. You look even more alike since your mother cut your hair. If you had kept your hair long... Anyway, you prefer it short.
Nice to meet you too Shimizu-san. Even if it annoys Kura, we are very similar, you're right.
Don't. Call me. Kura. Please. So yes. Even though it annoys me a lot, Kaito is my brother and so he looks like me.
Can you leave now Kaito?

Raising his shoulders indifferently, your brother backs away from your angry stare and turns to leave. When he finally walks away, you breathe a sigh of relief. Shimizu-san apologizes and goes to talk to one of your brother's classmates. You see a bit of who he is and you're sure that he and Kaito aren't friends.
Could I ask you about your hobbies, Kobayashi-San?
Of course. Without the details, I like art in general. Music, dance, drawing, painting... I also love origami.
