Day 10: The SCAR Revolution

I decided to go with the scene where they attack the train! I am REALLY loving the blending I'm doing now, It's either this new watercolor paper I bought, or this new set of colors, but I am just beyond happy with my trees/bushes and shading on the train!

Day 11: Beauxbatons

So I thought I would try some watercolor lettering, which, meh, I'm not sure watercolors are really the best for it, but the kinda... imitated/simplified crest I really like! All three colors look really rather nice together.

Day 12: Courtyard

Not so bad at a first attempt with buildings! I think the browns were a bit too vibrant, and I had trouble keeping the same tonal quality - I think I will definitely need to mix colors if I try something like this again.

Day 13: HiO Lasertag

Okay so I had NO clue what to do for this one, so enjoy my favorite trio attempting to play Lazertag - Liz of course attacking Tina from behind, and myself attempting to attack them both! /quote]

Day 14: Campgrounds

This was so fun! I drew the three horse cabins, and I just love the coloring, the trees, and the banners flowing in the wind. This was a fun one!

Day 15: Koldovstoretz

Another bout of lettering! I'm getting better, I think I found the brush and water/paint ratio that works well for lettering specifically. The colors really stand out here, and I love it!

Day 16: Duelling

Decided to get out of my comfort zone and do people for this one. I think the people came out pretty well! Really the background and Stage color are a bit too much, but overall I like it! This scene is Starlee's first duel against Gryffindor.

Day 17: One hundred galleons

Thank goodness for a simple one XD Still got to work on my blending with the cauldron, but I quite like it!

Day 18: Medieval You

I went for a medieval wizard inspired self portrait! I actually think the face came out okay, and I like it!

Day 19: Book/Textbook

Okay I LOVE this! It wasn't too complicated, but I feel like it has a lifelike quality to it. Really enjoyable!
