Just to confirm, you are allowed to have PVs with your inpcs whilst they are at Hogwarts. Both OOC and IC rules still apply. They are not allowed to be roleplayed in areas that they shouldn't have access to IC. So, for instance, they cannot be roleplayed in house specific areas. They have their own dorms/accommodation elsewhere during their stay.
But you can roleplay them just wondering through the corridors or outside on the grounds etc.
