It appears as if the club has been locked though. So I'm not completely sure if they are active or not as they are also on the list of clubs you can join.
Potions are like people, they have different stages and develop differently. You just don't know when they are at their finished product.

One of the theater club was locked, and I can't get in contact with the members on there except for Henry Knight, so I can't use that club as much.
