Have you deleted the post in which you had posted the first inpc app? If not, it can be confusing for staff members, and you might get the wrong iNPC (that is to say, the iNPC that you don't want) accepted. in my opinion, it would be better to warn a staff member about your change beforehand.

Oh no worries i did i typed on the thread i made for XENA "i decided on multiple changes so the post i made here is no longer valid" after i deleted all the text for her then i started on xeno

Fourth of July is a American celebration, and isn't celebrated in the UK. I don't think that it would be something that would make sense, since Hogwarts is located in the Scottish Highlands. Besides, the students have gone to ther respective homes for summer in July 1st, and won't be at Hogwarts until August.

I believe everyone need to go home in july first, so i don’t think you could make a thread in hogwarts ground at that time

Does anyone know where I can watch Harry Potter for free (all 10 Wizarding World movies)... Peacock only has Sorcerer’s Stone to Prisoner of Azkaban for free... I want to watch the 4th to the 8th HP movie as well as Fantastic Beasts 1/2

There wouldn't be anyone at school by then - but even if it was early it'd be a little strange and you'd probably want some IC connection to America or some reason for doing it. I'm English, and although I say 'happy fourth of July' back to my American friends if they say it to me, we don't really celebrate it in the UK, since it's more of an American thing. Like Thanksgiving - we don't do that either. It'd be like America celebrating St George's day (the day dedicated to the patron saint of England), if that makes sense - it wouldn't really work
If you wanted though, you could probably do some sort of end-of-year party with fireworks. You might have to check with staff whether it's really realistic for a minor to be able to order in fireworks though - in the UK there's an age limit on fireworks, not sure if there is one/what it is in America. I think it's 16/18 here? Not sure, but definitely Winter's age wouldn't be able to legally buy fireworks.
