And the reason why staff will change their trunk posts to "Game Master" after it's approved it's because by doing so no players will be able to change/edit anything in their own trunk post to avoid unfairness and cheating. If the players want to add spells or other stuffs like adding one stats point from winning a Quidditch game, they will need to post their requests in the Update Trunk thread [Accio]. The index team will check their proof of achievement, then they will be the ones who will update your trunk for you.

No, please post your trunk yourself with your stats. The staff will change it to "Game Master" after it's approved.
