Ahh @May Moonstar! If you want the permission form make sure you have bought everything you want before you buy that. The temptation of chocolate frogs is what stopped me from buying my broom but donations made it so i could buy it.
Buying the form doesn't even do anything. It just opens up a few shops and might get you a few detentions
