She looked attentively when Lizzie wrote to her own brother. Hope two letters could work. She didn’t want to be stuck in here for any more times.
Lindsey watched as the owl flew away. Only hope, huh? Maybe.

“Someone's actually coming to unlock the room!” exclaimed Lizzie. She seemed was sitting near the door.
Lindsey heard it as well. Someone! Oh…could it be Edmund? She thought carelessly.
As soon as the door was unlocked, Lizzie jumped out. Lindsey wanted to turn and say goodbye to Lucille, however she was dragged out at once.
“Where have you been?” A voice sounded, while fiercely dragging her downstairs at the speed of a rocket.
“Hey…Lizzi…Lucil…!!!” Lindsey tried to turn back. She really wanted to know how was her two friends.
“Be quick! You are late!” the one continued to say, regardless of her yelling.
It was indeed Edmund. Lindsey felt relieved, as she was not kidnapped.
“I’m late for…what thing?” Lindsey asked, while still be dragging down numerous stairs quickly.
“Perseus is waiting in the hall. You forgot?”
Ah…damn Perseus! She thought. That Linfield guy appointed to meet with his two Springhall cousins to consult things. And…yeah, she had totally forgot this.
“Alright then…” She muttered.
This adventure was definitely not a good one. Maybe she’d send an owl to Lizzie to appoint their next meeting sometimes? Hope so.
