Paisley watched the boy to see what his reaction would be. Would he get angry, perhaps even violent? She knew some of her cousins were likely to do just that. But, thankfully, the boy seemed to immediately turn red at the ears. He apologized, mentioning he’d been raised to teach others with respect. The Bellweather girl, while perhaps more mature for her age, was not fool enough to think she didn’t, on occasion, fall to acting out like any normal 11 year old. It was a struggle to fit in, especially for 11 year olds who were suddenly thrown into the throngs of a school where they most likely knew no one. She was pretty sure he was just doing what he’d seen growing up.
Remius asked if they could start off on a different foot and her attention moved to Miranda for a moment. The girl still seemed peeved by being interrupted. Paisley could understand being annoyed by being interrupted, but she wasn’t sure it was to the point of outright yelling at someone. She took a moment before holding her hand out for Remius to shake. Holding grudges wasn’t something she did very often, because honestly she didn’t have the energy to upkeep that. She put that feeling into other things that were more worth her time.
Another clap of a book caught her attention. My, it seemed there were plenty of people around today trying to get their read on. She peered over, catching more wisps of blonde hair showing through a grove of bushes confirming her suspicions. Turning around, she walked over and pushed through, finding a girl a little older than her with a book in hand. “Hm, turns out this is a pretty poor place to get some quiet. Sorry about that,” she said offered.

Remi looked at Miranda with a unreadable face; something about was twisted with a plethora of emotions but one that manage to come out would be loathing. But, as he might try to, tried to smile through it.
He squinted at the girl for a moment, his smile dropping as something was rubbing Remi off the wrong way about Miranda. Sure, he was loud and disrupted her reading time but you could always read later. Meeting new people was a once-in-a-lifetime chance."Fair enough."
And from Remi's point of view, she was missing that chance,He said rather vaguely ominous before looking at Paisley, his face turned slightly more softer when talking to her,"I feel the same way about you, Miranda."He said, shrugging."Why are you saying sorry? It's all good."He softly patted his chest, looking like his job is now completed now."I'll let you guys talk more about your books in peace. I just wanted to make myself known with you lot."He said, looking off somewhere, as if he had more people to talk to."Hope I see you gals during the school year."He gives a small smile before doing a two-finger salute,"Hopefully maybe in Ravenclaw or Slytherian. They're the only two that comes to mind in my head."That being said, he turned around and headed back towards the tents."Au revoir."
