You can only use the spells and potions you have in your Trunk. You hover on the trunk symbol and then click on objects. Open books to see your spells and potions to see your potions.

If there are those spells in Hio, then the potions would be in potions lesson and you click on the "buy" button in the top left corner, and if you want to buy spells you go to all the study corners in the fifth floor forum, and same, click on buy in the top left corner. You'd have to check in each of the separate years study corners to see if the spells are there. Not sure there are those spells. Staff please correct if I'm wrong.

Since wizards still have to keep the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy, the family that can know about their magical ability is the one that lives in the same house as the Muggleborn. So if the Muggleborn wizard has a Muggle sibling, they can know about Wizarding World, but to interact with the world is very limited.

Imperio and Crucio can be gotten once your character is an Adult (graduated from the school) by applying for Imperio and Crucio abilities.

Veritaserum and Felix Felicis are restricted Potions that can be gotten in the restricted section of the library. However, to use them, you need to have Restricted Potions ability which can be applied for once you have an O.W.L. in Potions. You can't use them in a roleplay if you don't have the ability.

So say that the sibling lives in a another country now, but immediate family already knew about them being a witch, is that fine?
