A game that felt so unnatural and now, one where she couldn't seem to find the snitch. Either her eyesight was starting to get bad or this was just not her day, still feeling so out of it with all the changes in their Team that she couldn't fully accept just yet. Fortunately for her, it wasn't just her that's having a hard time locating that elusive golden ball. It doesn't look like that their opponent had caught a glimpse of it just yet so that means this game wasn't over. Not to mention, she was given more time now that the Seeker on the opposing team seemed to have fallen from her broom. That at least made her sigh in relief.

“Come on Miharu, get your head in the game…” She whispered to herself before continuing to fly around. Getting agitated and losing her cool would just make it worse for her but you can't blame her when her teammates are doing their best and all she could do was fly and search. Still, one must remain calm and to not let the stress fog her decision making and focus. She'll find that snitch eventually so that the efforts of the people in her team wouldn't be a waste.

At this point, the snitch has probably gone for a vacation. No matter how hard they searched, the elusive little golden ball seemed impossible to find, and the more time that's spent looking is time they could be scoring with. Irina can't be bothered to search any longer; she simply decides to rack up some points in the meantime. Kaito also attempted to score goals, but Irina, determined, outperformed him each time. She manages to grab all the quaffles and scores over and over, taking advantage of the fact that no one is around to defend the hoop.

Meanwhile, the beaters are doing what beaters do best, which is making everyone else's life a total nightmare. Over on one side of the pitch, Tone wants to see just how ungraceful Ilya can be, and after receiving a thorough battering from a bludger, Ilya seems to be making a rather dramatic, much-too-loud descent back towards the ground. And as for Miles, having clearly found a brand new, very singular obsession, he spent the better part of his energy trying to drag Tone down from the sky. He swings his bat two more times in a desperate bid to drag Tone from his broom, but despite his best and rather ungraceful efforts, he missed completely once again. Right after that, Jamie immediately intercepts and grabs control of the rogue bludger, and she sends it flying straight into Irina's direction, delivering her a heavy blow.

Yeah, great. Perhaps she was not meant for Quidditch, or in general anything beyond duelling. Maybe chasing the quaffle, that is, because she did score five times and left no opportunity for the Mahoutokoro seeker. But really, her team was not doing well at all. Between the beaters doing awful (or rather, the beater), poor Ilya falling down with no one ready to save him, as he had done so many times before, their bench almost empty and half of them in shambles, they’d definitely lose the game. Irina may have hated magic now, but duelling taught her one important thing. To never give up.

Tone flashed a smile at Shion and Ryusei upon hearing them cheer for him and saluted them before zipping off to bludger Ilya. He managed to succeed and grinned as the bludger knocked Ilya off their broom. Making use of his evasive skills, Tone managed to easily avoid a bludger coming at him from Miles and even dodged the second attempt at him. Jamie intercepted soon after and send the bludger flying straight towards Irina, catching her with it. Success! Tone looked around to see Irina and Kaito attempting to score some points together but Irina managed to get the upper hand over Kaito this time, scoring all of her attempted goals. What a shame. Well, next time they would win there too. They were ahead in points anyway, all that remained was for Miharu to find the elusive snitch.

And the other team's saviour falls without anyone to save him, ironic. That's why Shion knows better than to save people, it might serve her team well, but it certainly will only bring problems upon her.

Speaking of helping her team, this game is getting closer to the end and she's still on the bench, she's not mad that they're winning, but now her only contributions are some words spoken across the pitch in hopes that they'd be heard by someone. It was when Tone smiled at her that she realized her cheers were heard after all.

Not only was she still in the game, she was making sure nobody forgot about it.

As much as she wanted to go out guns blazing Jamie knew that sometimes one had to be a team player, and that meant that she would have to sacrifice her own talents to make sure that the one who was keeping them all from splitting their heads open on the floor didn't do so herself.

So that's what she did, she kept her eyes peeled for anything that might be aimed towards their savoir, knowing that she was talented enough to do multiple things at once. That fact was quite quickly put to the test as a quite sloppily aimed bludger made it's way onto her path, allowing Jamie to easily knock it into the one she had been trying to get from the start. It was quite a nice hit if she must say so herself, unfortunately it didn't quite manage to knock her off completely however it seemed like it had hurt.

This wasn't the time to lounge about so making sure to keep herself steady, which was slightly more difficult with one of her arms wrapped, Jamie kept her eyes on the game, wondering what was going to happen.
