You're good! It's not an ungodly hour for me.

Per our order of operations, debuffs are indeed accounted for last, meaning they effectively apply starting the next round. The exception is Quick spells like the Trip Jinx.

Even if the evasion roll was 20, if after the target's evasion was added the caster's accuracy roll is still higher, then the spell hits.

Example:
Acc d20: 18 + 10 = 28
Eva d20: 20 + 5 = 25
28 > 25 spell hits
