Elspeth's Cartoon Watercolor Commissions

Hello all! I am by no means a professional artist! In fact, I'm actually really just starting to learn. And I would love some more practice! So, if you're interested in having a commission done of your character, feel free to fill out the form below to give me your information.
Important Things to Know
- Like I said, I'm still pretty new to all this, so I'm really just able to draw/paint while using a direct reference. If you're looking for small custom touches those might be possible! But I will need a photo to work off of.
- I'm happy to do drawings of characters / pets! (I have less practice with animals, so expect even cartoonier/sketchier/less detailed versions of them! But they'll probably be supah cute)
- I currently work entirely on paper and don't have digital means for retouching/coloring or... any other things that digital artists know how to do. Sorry if that's something you're looking for!
- I'll send you both the uncolored lineart and the finished color product. What with it being watercolor on paper, I've kind of only got the one go at it once I put paint down, so you may be able to find someone able to use digital color retouching, but I can't make changes once the pic is done.
- Otherwise... that's it!
- But Elspeth, what's the cost? - So glad you asked! It's nothing! Free dollars and free cents. Zero. Zilch. You're helping provide me with practice material and I'm going to give you a semi-okay finished product soooooo I'm not charging. If you REALLY want to pay for what I make you, you're welcome to donate HiO sickles and/or chocolate frogs to me. But, again, I neither expect it nor will I be at all hurt if you don't.

I was so excited when I saw this. I really dig your work!
Who/What Will I Be Drawing: Xailah with her cat Schrödinger- or if you're feeling adventurous, you can try drawing Xail with her friends here at Hogwarts. She only has two of them. Three if you count the cat.

I don't really have any pictures of Schrödinger, but his design is straightforward. He is a large, and blubbery, pear-shaped creature. He has orange eyes, and his fur is the color of the moldiest bread (its grey).

Any custom touches: Surprise me.
Any color preferences if different from photo: None. But her color pallet is fairly basic and stays the same for the most part- dark brown hair, pale skin, yellow eyes, black/grey attire.

I think I managed to mix not quite black but more like five different colors worth of grey for the outfit so this was a really fun exercise is color mixing for me.
