the school your character attends is based off where there fiom takes place. I believe there is a list under each school's registration thread as to which country is allowed. I don't think I saw any middle eastern countries, but you might want to double check.

In this case, you can make your character from and possibly living in the middle east, but there fiom has to happen in a country which the desired school allows.

Staff please correct me if i'm wrong

Your INPC has to have the residence and fiom aloud in that school there nationality can be different

It's off

If you only turned it off recently, you have to wait a certain amount of time (a day or two, maybe?) before it will show. Think of it as a cooldown.

After 14 days you need to owl the leader of the school. If Ilvermony, then owl a head of another school since the current Ilvermony headmaster has resigned.
