Time. Mika always had the strangest fixation on past and future. This could stem from any number of things. His natural curiosity, his disclination for present events, a natural aptitude for the unknown, and the known. What he already knows in the moment he cares little about, what he doesn't know, he yearns for. Every moment staring into space is retelling events, sifting through history, aching for the idea of the future. The past paves the way, after all. That's why this world of magic is the most blinding light he's ever witnessed, for it was all so new, all so captivating, and with it, it would grant him new history to toil over, and new future's to perceive. The concept of time being linear was so ill-conceived to him, it was something he actively studied. Some people in history predicted events perfectly, too well, even on accident, yet other times are completely wrong. Even at a young age he understood the concept of the future being any number of things. Something that could be manipulated, if gleaned. To ones benefit, to ones detriment, to barely any change at all. Perhaps then it didn't matter, but it was captivating to think about, the concept of possibilities. This obsession could very well be fate pointing him in the right direction. Or perhaps it is simply luck that he formed an obsession of divination before it was truly revealed that he was a seer.
Mikaela spent much of his childhood playing and learning things that most might find interesting for a short period, in little bursts. But they always kept his attention. Divination methods. Tarot cards, libanomancy, palm reading, astrology, even Japanese Shinto rituals like Omikuji. He would partake in rituals all on his own, do tarot cards with random kids from school, but no one ever understood it like he did, no one returned the enthusiasm he had for these practices. It let him down quite dramatically to say the least. But this was a new world, one of witchcraft and wizardry, and if any place would unlock his potential, it was this. If any place would return his enthusiasm, it was here. Maybe then he'd finally live in the moment.
His instincts were sharp, but he was young, and that potential could only mount with time. That time could truly start now. Foresight was a rare gift, and he could have been mistaken to have such an ability. His wit alone was a large factor in his upbringing. One could call it having sense at all, to avoid potential dangers, to expect things to go poorly, and be prepared for the possibility that they do. As well, the rise of Seer's in the wizarding world is unknown to him, but it is still a factor nonetheless. His mother comes from a strong line of pure-bloods, with two noted seer's in their lineage, and his father, while part Japanese, does have roots in Wales and England. Of course his father didn't know it but, they were in fact a 5th generation descendent of a half blood and a muggle. Though there is no specific line of seer ancestry in that tree. The gene pool still being quite diluted, but rarer events have happened, and continue to happen.

Mikaela grew up muggle-born, being taken in by his distant family when he was a babe. He knows nothing of why he was left to their care, but holds no ill thought about it. He was raised among a caring family. It left him content, but he'd always felt very distant. He is part Asian, but predominantly English in his traits. Unknown to Mikaela, he is a half-blood, born to a Muggle father, and a pure-blood English mother. His father was part Japanese, thus giving him his Asian roots. Their father had to depart to Japan to return to work and his mother did not feel able to raise a child on her own, thus they both decided on leaving him in the care of his father's English side of the family, being left in the care of his great Uncle and Aunt.
His father was in and out of his life in his early years, and would encourage Mikaela to explore his roots, which led him to practice Japanese privately, and actively converse with his father when they were around. He has no memory of his real mother, having only been with her before he was 1 year old. His family was encouraging in his want to learn, but distant by factor of having to dance between their careers, and caring for much of the extended family, ever generous. Mikaela thought he was fine, letting others have the spotlight, but deep inside that lack of parental focus was felt. It led him to spend his time and energy on personal hobbies and learning, to distract himself. He was easily the most clever among his young family, enjoying to teach them or show off fun tricks with cards, and attempt to fascinate them as these things fascinated him. Never quite landed like he wanted, but he still tried. An average day of Primary school in Norwich, Mikaela had just turned 10 years old a month prior. The young blonde was enjoying his time in a science class, being shown a presentation on the solar system, stars, planets, moons, and it left him enamored. The fire alarm went off during class, and Mikaela felt torn away from his glee, ears filled with the ringing alarm. The teacher flicked on the lights and the class began to exit, but Mikaela lagged behind, ears ringing in his confused state. Despite no source of heat in the room, the bulbs of glass that triggered the fire suppression burst, allowing water to start pouring down on the room. Mikaela hadn't understood what happened, no one seemed to, the potential danger was all that mattered to the teacher, who ushered Mikaela out quickly as pages and papers left out began to soak. While Mika did not understand, he knew that there was no reason for the sprinklers to go off, and he was the last person in the room.

Irene's grandmother was a Seer. Her mother was also a, less successful, Seer. Irene, who got this power from her mother, has the ability to (rarely) see snatches of the future, mostly making accidental predictions during minor talks. She was not aware of this ability until her first instance of magic. (She could only make the very slightest and the least notable prediction because of her age and her grandma being the one with the true Seer power). Irene herself was very interested in knowing the unknown and predicting what's going to happen. What happened now, OK, it happened. So? But what's going to happen? Sometimes, to her own amazement, the answers fell from her lips easily, but accidentally. She usually doesn't realise it until later. Gathering information and sometimes just lost in her thoughts, trying to make sense of making predictions, was one of her favourite things to do.

(Most kids thought her 'weird' because of the red eyes (a lack of melanin makes the blood vessels inside the eye visible) due to albinism)
Her mother, Cynthia, was a witch, graduated from the Ravenclaw House of Hogwarts, and is an Obliviator in the British Ministry of Magic. Her father, Charles, was a Muggle, skilled in photography and literature.
When Irene first preformed underage magic, she was utterly terrified but rather fascinated. She tried to not tell anyone, but realised that her parents aren't someone she should conceal this fact with. Her mother was pleased and told her it was completely fine, and reminded her that she was also a witch.
Her Muggle friend, Catherine Sherry, was fascinated by her Magic, though she died when the plane she boarded crashed before the reached the States with her family. This definitely gave Irene a kind of blow, and she became more careful and sometimes rather mistrust anyone after.

It was during her third grade (meaning that she was about 8 year old) in elementary school --- a bit of of a nasty shock for her teacher when she accidentally turned her wig blue. Bursts of laughter form her classmates, though no one suspected her. (Someone from the ministry soon sorted it out and wiped everyone's memory) Shocked, unwilling to believe that she was a witch, but soon accepted the truth. Tried to hide her magical abilities from her friends and her classmates, though she confided this to her parents, who told her it was OK, and that her mother was also a witch.

Her mother, Elise Gillespie, is a healer, and commutes several days a week via Floo to St. Mungo's in London. On days when Elise isn't working in London, she works at home, developing new treatments using plants and herbs. Aster is fascinated by the healing arts, and has already begun to assist her mother with her at-home work.
Aster's father, Albert Gillespie, is a farmer. He inherited the family farm from his muggle-born father, and has dedicated his life to growing both magical and non-magical plants and herbs, many of which either go to feed the family or are used by his wife in her healing potions and tonics. He loves to take Aster and her sisters outdoors, whether it means teaching them gardening, fishing, or simply hiking and observing local wildlife.
Aster is creative, and several of her paintings and drawings are hung proudly on the wall in her half of the bedroom she shares with Rose. Her side of the room is also filled with books, and the floor is often covered in half-finished sketches, unfolded laundry, notes on her most recent area of study, and volumes lying open or with a bookmark halfway through.
The Gillespie family has a cat, two owls, and a half-crup that remained at the farm when Aster went to Hogwarts, and Aster is hoping to purchase her very own owl soon so that she can send letters. Aster will miss the pets (and her family) terribly, but is excited to start her studies at Hogwarts. She is most excited to study herbology, charms, and potions.

The family lives in an old, stone farmhouse on the shores of Loch Fyne, where Aster and her sisters often swam or rowed on warm summer days, about a 20 minute walk from the outskirts of Inveraray. The farmhouse is far enough from muggle Inveraray that the family can live in peace, surrounded by a muggle-repelling charm, but close enough that Aster and her family can walk to Inveraray occasionally to experience muggle culture and visit relatives from the muggle side of the family. - We need you to clarify whether the family lives in a Wizarding or Muggle neighbourhood. Please edit the information related to this. For example, it doesn't make sense if they live in a Wizarding neighbourhood while the mother treats the Muggle locals without further explanation, or if the family grew magical plants and raised magical creatures in a Muggle neighbourhood. Remember that a wizard must keep the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.
- We need you to specify the blood status of the father. Is he a Muggle or a Wizard? It would be better if his blood status could be provided. Remember, it doesn't make sense for a Muggle to cultivate magical plants and live with three crups since they are hostile towards Muggles. If you want to keep this part, my best suggestion is to make him Muggle-born or Half-Blood. But please be aware of the note above regarding the location of the farmhouse, since he inherited the place.
- Crup is classified as an XXX beast by the Ministry of Magic, which means only competent wizards can handle it, and a license from the Ministry of Magic is required for its domestication. If you want to keep this, please add further explanation on how your family could handle three Crups. Amalia grew up in a warm, loving and certainly eccentric family. Her days were filled with helping her herbologist father in his garden with his less dangerous plants, and her nights were filled with helping her mother cleanse her crystals or help with another new craft project.
Her mother had a travelling nature-esque shop, run from her classic RV. The RV was a wild, old thing full of bumps and scratches from her mother's ‘adventures’. It always made lots of noise every time it started. The RV was painted in all the wildest colours, and the passenger door was full of her family’s handprints. It had been an especially fun activity to paint the car, and her mother loves the little paint marks of Amalia’s hands.
This shop and her mother's eccentricities made her mother a well-known local. Their little family travels around England, but always settles where ‘the atmosphere’ feels magical. Mostly settling in villages surrounded by nature and, by some insane luck, the magical ley lines. Her father said her mother had some absurd nose for trouble.
They do stay in one place for the colder winter months, in her father's cottage. It was located in the tiny village of Totnes. It was a city known for its artsy and eco-friendly community. And also her grandparents from both sides lived there. Herbology was a treasured subject on her father's side, and her grandmother still had greenhouses filled with plants of Muggle and magical nature.
Growing up in her household was an adventure on its own. Her mother's boisterous, creative and chaotic nature always seemed to mellow out by her father's calming gestures and his quiet personality. Amalia had learned to live in chaos and she loved it. Not that she couldn’t enjoy a good book or anything. In fact, her favourite pastime was reading.
Sometimes her mother's wild life made her feel smaller. Being surrounded in constant chaos could be draining. Amalia had learned to fill a ‘permitted’ space. Not that she wasn’t allowed to be loud or boisterous. There was just too much chaos for her poor father if 2 chaotic women would gang up on him.

Still, their background where vastly different and after her travels she would sometimes come home with ‘a magical object’. This time it was a crystal rumoured to glow when hearing a lie. Her father was a kind but practical man, with experience in the wizard world. And also had familiarity with his wife’s naivety in ‘magical but Muggle-sold objects’.
Amalia always loved these new trinkets, even if they were faux. This time Amalia was persistent to be the one to test it. She wanted to know if ‘she would really sprout a longer nose if she lied about having completed all her tasks’. During her mother's and fathers insistant discusion about bringing ‘magical’ objects home without protection or the ostracising price of some of these, Amalia had had enough. She kept pushing herself in between her parents, trying to reach the little gem. Her grabby hand couldn’t wait until she got it. After another refusal from her mother. “You will get it later, Amalia. I’m explaining to your father why this could be an asset for us.” Her Father had intervened. “If it works, Vivienne.”
Amalia had rudely screeched her disagreement, ‘NO,’ and thrown her little hands up in anger. The little gem had exploded in a rain of red sparks, leaving a bewildered family looking at their no longer new trinket. Amalia had looked up at her mother and whispered. “Oh, Ow. Bye bye.” Her tiny hand trying to catch some lingering gem dust. The temper of the 3 year old had done it again.

Long before anyone in her life knew the word "witch," she was the girl at school and at summer camp that people simply gravitated toward — not because she demanded attention, but because there was something about her that made people's eyes catch and stay a beat longer than they meant to. Teachers half-forgot to be strict with her. New camp friends singled her out within a day of meeting her. Even the older kids who stole her hat that summer she was seven didn't do it out of cruelty so much as the reckless, showing-off energy kids get around someone they've decided is worth the attention of.
At the time, her parents chalked it up to charisma — she was, after all, a warm, curious, endlessly social child, the kind who made friends in line for the bathroom. But looking back, particularly after the boathouse incident and the slow unraveling of what she actually was, her mother began to suspect it ran a little deeper than personality alone.
Reem's mother comes from an old, storied wizarding line — the kind of family with more portraits than living relatives who remember all their names. Genealogies like that are rarely perfectly clean, and family legend on her mother's side has always made vague, half-joking reference to "some allure in the blood, a few generations back" — never confirmed, never formally documented, mentioned mostly at gatherings after the second glass of elf-made wine. Nothing so pronounced as true Veela heritage; no wings, no fire, no magical creature registration to speak of. Just a faint, stubborn echo of something, thinned out over generations of intermarriage with fully human witches and wizards, until what was left wasn't magical creature blood at all — just an unusually strong pull to the eye, inherited the way a nose shape or a laugh gets inherited.

Character Backstory: Laura was born on June 3, 2015. She was born in Dublin Ireland, and lived there her whole life. They have a big white house with 2 stories a small quedditch pitch and a big cage for their pet owl which is named tutsie. It is a brown screech owl. She has 3 siblings. 2 sisters and 1 brother. Laura grew up around magic. Her mother father brother and her two sisters would mutter spells under their breath. She never heard them and she didn't know how to do magic so she had no advantage. Her parents and siblings would do magic around her just to make her laugh. So there was alot of noise in this house. Her father is a dragon keeper in the wizarding world. Her best friend is a half blood named Luke. They met on a playground when they were about 5 years old, and they have been friends every since. They both knew about magic and hogwarts and stayed together alot. Laura had a tree in her garden where they would spend time together talking and studying the books. So she is well educated in the wizarding world. Luke also told her alot about muugels and their world so she also knew quite alot about muggles.
Her mother works as an famous auror for the ministry of magic. So she is mostly busy. Laura spends most her time with Luke and her siblings. Her dad is also not around much. Because he is often in countries like Romina. He often brings things with that he buys or finds. Laura is very excited about Hogwarts
First Instance of Magic: My first instance was when I was in the tree with Luke and we were talking about hogwarts and I got really excited and made the tree leaves whirl around and made the book fly around and we were both so shocked my parents scolded me a bit when I told them about it cause muggles could have seen it you know. She was 5 years old. But it was a really cool experience

Emerald was shocked and ran and told her parents who were less than impressed and told Emerald to clean up and carry on. Emerald always wondered how that happened
