Supposedly, they’ll send the letter to a parent/relative/guardian knowledgeable about magic by owl and that person will send it to the actual recipient via muggle post. Correct me if I’m wrong

If the student or family does not have an Owl, most Muggle Post offices have undercover witches and wizards who help intercept and distribute magical mail. You will/can learn more about this in your History of Magic lessons.

When adding a URL/ link to my post, how do I make it go to a specific post in that thread?

And who do I contact if I applied to take over a club with two of my friends 15 days ago and there's no update?

Staff are usually busy, but dw surely they'll take a look on it.
I can see there isn't a consistent time-frame where they accept the request, so just be patient and hang on there.

Staff correct me if i'm wrong

Hello! I handle the club apps, I usually take care of them when I do my patrols but just happened to forget this time around. I can manage your request later tonight, in the meantime make sure you create a new thread for the club you want to overtake and link me so I can update our registered club roster. Thank you!

Uhh so I planned for my kid here to have chronic migraine in third year BUT I realizes it could be something that can be healed with potions or spells? Is it still possible for me to say he refused to tell anyone about it? (And when someone found out, he refused treatment until he got forced by eg his friends to get it?)

This might be something acceptable if the migraines do not actively do anything drastic to his health, but I’m not sure. It might just be simpler he’s still suffering from the backlash, which is quite common.
