Well He has four sisters with each unique names, because their parent's used ro travel a lot because of their professional, and basically gave their children names from their favourite countries.
And for Eike it is Germany.
He is now stuck with a German first and middle name.
Eike is a short from of Ekkehard and of other names that start with the old high german element ekka, or in old saxon eggia, which means "edge, blade",.
But His father mainly got this name from Eike of Repgow, who lived in the 13th century.
Eike's father is also a fan of old german documents/books. And this Eike of Repgow compiled the law book the Sachsenspiegel.
So yeah I thought this might be a good fit.
And his middle name Leoba, is Anglo-Saxon but comes originally from the english element 'leof' which meaned "dear beloved" and 'guo' which means "battle".
And i think it fits pretty good, because even besude his battle with his disability, he still does his best to be lawful and helps where he can.

For Clark I just took the surname of one of my OC's for my german role olay, cause I liked it xD
For him I honestly didn't really think much about the name-
For example I wanted his second name to fit something in his life, and I knew I wanted Eike to be like disabled. But I know I need a magical explanation for his disability, ans I am to dumb to think about oneeee-
And rn I am searching for magical creatures names, I maybe can make a name out of it for one of Eike's sisters, Because the father is a magizoologist.
