Unless you have an ic valid reason, such as coming out as trans/nb. Well, I usually get sleep paralysis. It's not frequent, but neither is it rare. It just comes sometimes every day and everytime and sometimes it doesn't at all. My last paralysis was 2 months ago, but then it suddenly came to me last Thursday, and it hasn't stopped since. And I feel like it's lasting longer than usual. Like I am usually able to see and remember everything vividly. And I'm kind of scared....
But like, I'm so scared to sleep. And the thing is, I think I see beyond the physical plane when I'm under the paralysis.
