Well, I usually get sleep paralysis. It's not frequent, but neither is it rare. It just comes sometimes every day and everytime and sometimes it doesn't at all. My last paralysis was 2 months ago, but then it suddenly came to me last Thursday, and it hasn't stopped since. And I feel like it's lasting longer than usual. Like I am usually able to see and remember everything vividly. And I'm kind of scared....

Relax your eyes maybe, and try to make the shapes you see blocks of colour like in the moments before you fall asleep. thats like 200-300 questions
