OOC Let's Chat!

I hated reading chapter books so much as a young kid, I thought it was boring and I it couldn't hold my attention. I wont say the exact age, but know it was sometime before the age of 10, my mom got me and my brothers the illustated copy as a gift with the intention of reading the entire story to us. That didn't really last long, we only got a few chapters in before the plan to read it every night just kind of died. However it was a few months later when I was bored on day, and my mom naturally said "read a book", young me hated reading but out of pure bordom I went and picked up the book because it had some pictures. I sat on the couch for a couple hours reading through that book and a few days later finished it. I fell in love with reading ever since, and my mom actually had to stop me from reading the last 3 Harry Potter books because I was a bit too young for the darker themes. Eventaully my love for Harry potter turned into a love of writing, and I was writing fan fiction before I even knew what fan ficiton was. My love of reading and writing expanded to where I am now, and honestly they are my most stable hobbies. So yeah, a special thanks to JK Rowling because I'd be an entirely different person without her!
