Maybe try and clear your cache then tap signup? It’s possible that you have an automatic sign in blocking you from creating a new account.

You can use the same email you are using for this account, simply add a period somewhere. For example:

Original email: SampleEmail@gmail.com
iNPC email: Sam.pleEmail@gmail.com

The account creation email should still send to your original email.
