So, um, Eugenia was literally chased away from her home at one point, and this is approved as a re-index for all her storyline and blood status stuff.
That night, a vase near her was hit by a spell and burst, so Eugenia got injured by flying pieces of glass on her right arm and leg. As she went to a safe house where there were no adults present, she asked to be isolated in a room and didn’t let anyone help her. Back then, she knew no healing spells and had no potions, only bandages, so there is now a scar on her right arm and leg that looks kinda jagged. And then, she just forgot about it, so it never really got fixed. Does this need a re-index? Because the events that caused it to happen and remain have been approved as per Eugenia’s re-index to explain her absence. Thanks!

The issue with this storyline is that there needs be a really good explanation as to why Eugenia doesn't have any adults present in the situation to help her. For the site rating, we veer away from any type of obvious or overly detailed parental neglect or abuse. Not saying it couldn't work, but I'm not sure what you mean by "a safe house with no adults present." Feel free to dm/owl me, and I can assist with working out the finer details.
