Yes! As long as the character could reasonably have a muggleborn or half-blood upbringing, they can have the muggle condition ability.

There is a bathroom in your dormitory, most probably, so they can go whenever they need to shower or to use the toilet.

To specify – yes, but only for the trunk updates. Everything else, you can edit yourself. If your edits include a major change to content (not just code), that would go in index re-application.
