Before Hayato formally entered Mahoutokoro, his life in Ehime wasn't that boring. He had his brother Hizuki and, briefly but long enough, his cousin Philip to be with them. Fusako took care of them so nicely. Hayato didn’t actually know why and how Philip got here with them. Something had happened, he could sense that. But at the time he didn’t want to touch the topic too much. The three of them were children in the same age group so they had so much fun. It was a great time for Hayato. He reminisced about the time a lot.

• OOC: Deactivation for Althea Valeden, which deactivated Lyudmila Ostrovsky now Lyudmila Ostrovskaya in turn. Reclaiming her!
• IC: In a poorly planned Test of Bravery with the children her age in January during Christmas break, Lyudmila wandered into an abandoned gardener's shed and contracted Spattergroit. Due to her sickness, she was forced into quarantine for 4 months. However, due to her incredibly frightened and protective family, Lyudmila ended up spending another 2 months at her home in recovery “away from nasty children and any dirty sheds". Hence, she was gone for 6 months since January.
• Also, I would like to make it clear that Erast Yan and Lyudmila Ostrovskaya are first cousins. Erast's mother is Avreliya Ostrovskaya, who is the older sister of Lyudmila's father, Isidor Ostrovsky. I registered for re-index for Erast too.
  • How they find out: Over the summer of 2026, Erast is temporarily sent to stay with his mother's family. Lyudmila and Erast will meet there.

Sport changes: Please add her as a Quidditch chaser for the Koldovstoretz team!

1. Please change her last name to "Ostrovskaya" because I learnt how Russian names worked ;; (so, Lyudmila Ostrovskaya)

Reason for Reapplication: I was inactive for a while; both Avery and Akira were removed from index. I had also not created a separate log-in account for Akira when one became required during my inactivity, but I can create one if needed/approved. Please let me know if there's anything else you might need from me to help with the process. I've created an account for him here: Akira Shimizu

Akira's IC reason for not attending Mahoutokoro for a year: A massive fraud case plagued his father's commercial real estate company, after a raging fire broke out in one of their properties. The fire killed a number of people; protestors and competitors claimed that the company had not maintained their property to required standards, did not abide by fire safety regulations, and misrepresented these hazards in official reporting. The company's financial situation deteriorated with these accusations and ongoing litigations, and the Shimizu family's reputation plummeted. To protect their son from public scrutiny (more likely an attempt to keep the family out of sight and out of mind for a while), Akira's parents required that he be homeschooled for a year.

Other Changes: Adding Akane Shimizu as a second cousin. The two Mahoutokoro students are related as their grandfathers (on their paternal sides) are brothers.
