Ouch! My knee popped loudly when I landed oddly on it a couple days ago. It was very painful to walk on yesterday, but it's a bit better today and easier to walk. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

THANK YOU! im not too worried, bc im a dancer and ive just always had bad knees i stepped on it weird a week ago and it popped out of place and like back in october it popped out place and it hurt for almost a week but everytime like recently its been at work also wishing them same for you<3
