They have car shows here and I never understood why people liked them. I appreciate that people have things to like and I don't care that they have these shows but must the main streets be blocked off

Every truck you could think of. It was the Truck Show of America. Like old emergency vehicles, old antique cars, beautiful tractor trailers. I have gone to a tractor show actually since you reminded me of it. I've only been to one car show where the main street was closed but the others were in an area where they didn't have to do that

Yeah the town they tend to do car shows in is kinda set up like an old highway, by that i mean, the main road stretches from the walmart to the exiting [town] sign, and it doesn't turn off anywhere to continue into town or anything, all of your main parts, all of the businesses are on the main strip. That said, they do the "parade" or used to idek if they still do it since Dolly doesn't have a part in it anymore.. and block off the roads, they block off the roads for the idk how many car shows we have a year... and it's often heavily surveillanced.
