It sure is nice to actually cheer for his teammates from the bench for a bit, maybe he should've brought snacks? Aston almost never brings any considering he usually plays fairly early on. Definitely not because he always forgets, definitely not. It was certainly exciting watching the action by the hoops, having many good chasers in a game makes it so fun to watch, though it is unfortunate seeing Atlas constantly getting the quaffle despite everything. Still, Aston has faith in his team.

Avis circled below her teammates, watching for fouls and bludgers and whatever else could possibly knock one off a broom. A streak of red hair zipped towards Hufflepuff’s goal posts and the Ravenclaw let out a whoop when she saw Winnie’s shot go in. Thank Merlin… the team desperately needed some breathing room and luckily the older Chaser was there to provide.

If taking out one Seeker was a good idea, why not take out two?Jorah watched as the back up Seeker took to the air ready to snatch the snitch and steal Ravenclaw's chances of winning the game. Not on my watch Jorah thought. Jorah tailed Callum until he had a decent shot. Boom! He sent a bludger barreling towards Hufflepuff's final Seeker, their last hope in the world. The awesome power of Jorah's cannon ball was just too much for Callum to bear as he was sent over and off his broom. The game would soon belong to Ravenclaw, the masters of the air.

SECOND STRING

The shout from the bench would grow even louder as the game was heating up. Aston and Andy would wake up from their momentary nap, cheering on Jorah. Ophelia and Landon would both target Atlas, the former with a loud boo and the latter with quieter cheers that unfortunately wouldn't quite be heard over the roars from everyone else.

DEBUFF FOULS

With all the quaffle madness, Avis would carefully dart through to try and cob Atlas, but find that the 7th year was already dodging and weaving her way through the mess on her way to the quaffle. Luckily for Avis, she was able to hide her attempt at the foul from the referee.

QUAFFLE ROLLS

You know how the saying goes, if you don't succeed the first time, try again, and Camilla seemed to take that to heart. She'd try the Wollongong Shimmy again, but Winnie would still be too locked in with her quaffle grabs to pay any attention to her. She'd swoop in and snatch the quaffle, scoring 30 points for Ravenclaw with just two grabs. Hufflepuff would get the other three: first Atlas throwing to Lyanna, who'd leap but fail to score against Mikey, then Mamori who'd jump and also fail to score against Mikey, and finally Atlas would get it again, with muscle memory kicking in as she passed it to nobody.

"Ooh, that takes Ravenclaw up to three digits, putting them on 100 points to Hufflepuff's 130! Oh, and it looks like Anezaki and Oak are following Alistar's lead from last round, taking the term a leap of faith quite literally!"

BLUDGERS

The bludgers were certainly a sight to behold. Ebony was taking her role of defending Aly, who was off on her penalty lap, very seriously - so seriously that it was clearly putting off other players. First, Jorah would swing and miss towards Atlas thanks to Ebony's terrifying presence, and then both Hufflepuff beaters, when they teamed up for a dopplebeater defense, would also get scared and their bludger would wildly miss. It seemed there was nobody for Damien to save, who had been watching for anybody on his team to fall.

Aly had taken a decent amount of penalty laps during her time as a Ravenclaw - the Eagle team had a bit of a reputation for cheating, and the seventh-year herself was a fair chunk of the reason for that. (Fouls had become something of an obsession for her during six months trapped at home in her fourth year, with little else to study.) They were never really fun, and she could never shake the feeling that she'd be more helpful on the pitch rather than flying around it as a time-out.

Still, she had to admit that the lap around the stadium was somewhat refreshing. The cool wind in her curly hair, the overarching view of the stadium and all that was happening within it - and even though her fifth-year Beater and friend @Ebony Vetra was hovering nearby in case of a Bludger or Blatcher coming her way, no one dared to touch her as she completed her loop.

She came back to the game reenergized, reinvigorated, and ready to play.

Andy looked up on the score board. 130-100. Ravenclaw were still losing, but there is always a chance! Especially when anyone can get the snitch! But, of course anything could happen. This would be Andy's 3rd win as a Quidditch player, or the first loss... This will be a very fun game... It is in the air. The quaffle is getting passed around the field like the free samples of perfume in a mall! And the snitch... The snitch might just get caught by a fellow Ravenclaw...

'Alright, Thats two more blocks to add to my mental tally for this match.' mikey thought to himself as a smile appeared on his face. He was feeling it now. All warmed up and loose, ready to take on whatever they could throw at him. As he scanned the pitch he realized that there wasn't a whole Hufflepuff team to throw. 'Figures,' he thought. 'Just as i'm getting in the grove the match is almost over.' He gripped his broom tighter. 'Its not over yet. Better not let another one past me.'
