While not a whole server wide thing, there is some 'QOTD' being asked almost daily in select channels, often in the [year] channels. If you wished to do a poll of the day, you could probably do it in spam or in the year chats.

In addition to what remy said, the qotd is and can be created by anyone. It's not staff run, just something users like to do. If you want to do something like a poll of the day, you can do it in spam like remy said
